| Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors(PMSM)have the advantages of small size,high power density,and easy maintenance.With the advent and application of vector control technology,PMSM has been applied more and more in fields such as aerospace and robotics where high accuracy is required.However,in this type of application environment,the working state of permanent magnet synchronous motor is easily affected by external factors such as external disturbances.The Linear Quadratic Optimal Sliding Mode Controller(LQSMC)has a good dynamic follower performance of the Linear Quadratic Optimal Control(LQ)and a robust Sliding Mode Controller(SMC).Therefore,this paper proposes to apply LQSMC to the PMSM vector control system.This topic takes the hidden-pole permanent magnet synchronous motor as the research object,and studies the design and implementation of the optimal sliding mode control system based on the PMSM vector control.Firstly,the mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor in dq coordinate system is established.Based on the traditional PI control,the current and speed controller in the vector control are designed.Then,based on summarizing and studying the sliding mode control and optimal control,the optimal sliding mode control is introduced.For a class of uncertain linear systems,the design method of the optimal sliding mode controller is systematically given and applied.To the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system,design the optimal sliding mode speed regulator.In order to embody the performance of the optimal sliding mode control,an optimal speed regulator was designed for comparison.On the MATLAB/SIMULINK platform,the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system simulation model based on the optimal speed regulator and the optimal sliding speed controller were established,respectively.Simulation results show that the two types of control systems have similar dynamic followability,but the PMSM control system based on the optimal sliding mode speed regulator has better robustness.Based on the theoretical analysis and simulation experiments of the PMSM vector control system,the software of the PI control,optimal control and optimal sliding mode control algorithm of the permanent magnet synchronous motor based on DSP is completed,and implement the above algorithm on Tianhuang’s THRSM-2 DSP motor control integrated experimental development platform.The experimental results verified the effectiveness of the PMSM vector control system and the optimal sliding mode algorithm designed in this paper and its superiority in anti-interference. |
