Study On Financial Risk Management Of DT Hydropower Company

With the increasing competition among enterprises,the uncertainty of financial management environment is increasing,and enterprises are facing a variety of financial risks.In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the research of financial risk management and prevention and control.It is very important for the sustainable development of an enterprise to pay close attention to the identification and evaluation of the financial risk of the enterprise and to formulate effective prevention and control measures on this basis.DT hydropower company is an enterprise mainly engaged in the construction investment of hydropower stations and the sale of hydroelectric power.On the basis of summarizing the research status of financial risk at home and abroad,this paper uses the theories of risk management and financial risk management,adopts the research methods of literature research,qualitative and quantitative analysis,case analysis,comparative analysis,etc.,to identify and evaluate the financial risk status of DT hydropower company,and puts forward the relevant suggestions for preventing and controlling the financial risk of DT hydropower company.This paper first analyzes the internal and external environment of DT hydropower company,and identifies the possible financial risks at the overall level of DT hydropower company.Then,based on the relevant data of DT hydropower company's financial statements,it identifies the financial risks of DT hydropower company from four aspects: financing,investment,capital recovery and income distribution.Secondly,through the risk discrimination matrix,the identified financial risk of DT hydropower company at the overall level is evaluated;four main financial indicators of DT hydropower company are selected,including financing,investment,fund recovery and income distribution.By comparing with the average level of the same industry,the change trend of the main financial indicators is analyzed,and the identified financial risk is preliminarily evaluated.Thirdly,the entropy method and correlation analysis are used to select the financial risk assessment indicators that meet the characteristics of DT hydropower company.Then the entropy method is used to empower the selected financial risk assessment indicators,and the efficiency coefficient method is used to evaluate the financial risk of DT hydropower company.Finally,according to the results of financial risk assessment,the financial risk prevention and control measures of DT hydropower company are proposed.The research shows that the financial risk level of DT hydropower company is medium risk.DT hydropower company has some problems,such as poor financial risk management environment,poor implementation effect of internal control,single financing and investment,poor solvency,high direct investment risk,single main business,low sales profit margin,and fixed dividend distribution policy.This paper USES the financial risk aversion,transfer of financial risk,financial risk,financial risk retention method to cope with the situation,from financial risk management awareness,strengthen internal control implementation effect,improve the financing decision-making ability,transfer and disperse investment risk and improve the utilization efficiency of the company's assets and improve power generation efficiency,improve the allocation,financial risk prevention and control measures are put forward.
