| With the promotion of "Industry 4.0",industrial production is developing towards the direction of automation and intelligence.While improving production efficiency,higher requirements are put forward for the stability of system kinetic energy.As important electrical equipment in industrial production,the faults of three-phase asynchronous motor would not only affect the operation state of the equipment itself,but affect the normal operation of the production system.Therefore,in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of industrial production,it is necessary to develop a reasonable and feasible real-time fault diagnosis technology to realize the fault diagnosis function of triple-phase asynchronous motors.For the fault diagnosis of three-phase asynchronous motor,the following researches are made in this paper:(1)Bases on Fuzzy Petri Net(FPN)and Comprehensive Learning Particle Swarm Optimization(CLPSO),the fault diagnosis method of Comprehensive Learning Particle Swarm Optimization and Fuzzy Petri Net(CLPSO-FPN)is proposed.(2)Introduces the fault diagnosis process of CLPSO-FPN fault diagnosis method,proposes the concept of transition influence factors to replace the transition confidence in the traditional Fuzzy Petri Net,improves the expression ability of fault logic among the modules of the system,and solves the space explosion of the complex system fault diagnosis model.(3)The analysis is based on the fault diagnosis method of CLPSO-FPN,and introduces the composition of fault diagnosis system based on CLPSO-FPN.The system firstly classifies the collected fault data by continuous signal processing system.Then the continuous classification label is discretized through the continuous-discrete system interface to realize the activation of the discrete signal processing system.Finally,function of the fault diagnosis of triple-phase asynchronous motor is realized by fault diagnosis of discrete signal processing system.(4)Analysis the structure,operational principle and fault types of three-phase asynchronous motor,and build a fault diagnosis model of three-phase asynchronous motor.The process of continuous and discrete data acquisition and processing based on CLPSO-FPN fault diagnosis system is introduced in detail,and the optimization of fault diagnosis model is realized by CLPSO-FPN.(5)Taking "bearing fault" as an example,this paper introduces the fault diagnosis process of CLPSO-FPN in detail,and verifies the effectiveness and accuracy of the fault diagnosis method. |
