Because of its high cost performance and good environment adaptability,asynchronous motor has been widely used in power system and all kinds of industrial production.The operation of asynchronous motor directly affects the normal operation of industrial production.Once a serious failure occurs,not only the motor itself will be damaged,but also will lead to disruption of the whole industrial production.The common faults of asynchronous motor can be divided into the stator,the rotor and the bearing fault.Because the stator winding insulation is the weakest link in the motor,the stator winding fault in induction motor is very high,and the stator winding fault is often a serious threat to the safe operation of the motor.Therefore,it is very important to develop a device that can record and diagnose the faults of asynchronous motor.Based on the purpose of the above purposes,the state monitoring and fault diagnosis technology of asynchronous motor is also very necessary.Through the system requirement analysis and function analysis,the system structure is designed,and the system is realized.The data acquisition and control of the host computer software system is realized through the object-oriented programming idea.Based on the principle of motor fault detection and digital signal processing technology,the algorithm of fault detection algorithm and real-time parameters of the motor are studied.On the basis of the algorithm,the method of using advanced language to write the method of visualization software.Give full play to the advantages of the two languages,the complexity of the algorithm in the matlab implementation,the interface in the VC to write,reduce development difficulty,shorten the development cycle.Through experiments,the correctness and validity of the proposed scheme are demonstrated.
