In recent years,with the shortage of oil resources and the increase of environmental protection pressure,the research and application of green and pollution-free electric tractor is an important development direction of agricultural mechanization.As the core working system of the electric tractor,the power system has attracted more and more attention during its design and development.At present,there is not a set of molding design method for the design of electric tractor power system parameter matching for the majority of researchers to use directly.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the parameter matching of the main components of the electric tractor power system and driving control strategy,and tests the prototype.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,based on the analysis of the existing electric vehicle power transmission system structure,according to the operating characteristics of electric tractors,a dual-motor coupling driven electric tractor power transmission system structure scheme is designed,and analyzes the driving mode of its single motor drive and dual motor coupling drive.By analyzing the power performance and economic evaluation index of electric tractor,the key structural parameters such as driving motor,battery and transmission system are matched and designed.Based on the design of the power system,the driving control is studied,and the control strategy of the dual motor power system based on the principle of minimum energy consumption is formulated.Considering the relationship between the actual speed and the target speed,the driver module is used to calculate the required torque of the vehicle,and the energy consumption under different driving modes is calculated at each working point.Through comparison,the working mode with the smallest energy consumption is obtained as the optimal working mode of the working point,and determines the torque and speed distribution information of the two motors when the working point is in the minimum energy consumption mode.In the MATLAB/Simulink environment,the simulation model and dynamic performance calculation model of the electric tractor dual motor power system are established.The transportation performance and ploughing conditions are used as input condition to simulate and analyze the traction performance,climbing slope,acceleration time and continuous working time of the electric tractor.The results show that the simulation speed of the electric tractor is in good agreement with the target speed.The tractor’s dynamic performance such as climbing slope and acceleration time can meet the design requirements,and the battery SOC can meet the continuous operation requirements under different working conditions.Finally,on the basis of theoretical research and simulation analysis,the performance of the drive motor and the performance of the whole machine are tested.The drive motor test-bed is designed and built to test the input and output characteristics of the motor in the electric state and the feeding state.The whole machine performance test mainly tests the whole machine energy consumption,PTO power output and the reliability of the electric suspension device of the electric tractor under the different tillage depth under the rotary tillage condition.The test results show that the PTO power output meets the working condition requirements,and the continuous working time of the whole machine meets the design requirements.
