| Long-span steel structure suspension bridge and cable-stayed bridge main girder deck can usually be classified as orthogonal special-shaped steel bridge deck structure.Orthogonal special-shaped steel bridge deck has the advantages of small self-weight,strong bearing capacity,rapid construction and good integrity.But in the long-term engineering practice: one is that the pavement of the steel bridge deck is prone to various cracks,pits and other damages;the other is that the fatigue cracks are prone to occur in the welding positions of the steel bridge deck itself.Although these two problems do not pose a fatal threat to the bridge,they have a greater impact on the normal use of the bridge,increase the daily maintenance investment of the bridge,and the fatigue cracking of the bridge has a greater impact on the service life of the bridge.In my actual work,I design the overhaul plan of Yuzui Liangjiang Bridge deck pavement in Chongqing.According to the actual situation of the disease of Yuzui Liangjiang Bridge deck pavement and the fatigue cracking of steel deck weld,I propose to adopt ultra-high performance concrete deck structure deck structure.Based on the case of Yuzui Liangjiang Bridge in Chongqing,this paper makes a pertinent analysis and research.It is hoped that the fatigue cracking of weld seam of steel deck can be effectively solved by changing the pavement structure.At the same time,through the study of Yuzui Liangjiang Bridge,it can be extended to other similar bridges,providing a new way of thinking for solving the same diseases of large steel structure bridges.This paper mainly completes the following analysis and discussion:(1)The disease status and causes of deck pavement and steel deck of Yuzui Liangjiang Bridge in Chongqing are comprehensively introduced and analyzed.Based on the problems of asphalt concrete pavement in steel bridges and the fatigue cracking of welds of steel box girders,ultra-high performance concrete deck structure deck structure is proposed to solve the problems of deck pavement and steel deck cracking at the same time.The advantages of ultra-high performance concrete deck structure deck structure and its economic advantages are compared and analyzed.(2)The analysis of the whole force condition of the bridge shows that it is reasonable to adopt the ultra-high performance concrete deck structure deck structure as the whole force condition of the bridge.(3)Stress analysis of steel bridge with ultra-high performance concrete deck structure deck structure shows that the deck structure itself has sufficient reliability and meets the expected performance requirements.(4)The fatigue detail stress amplitude of steel deck with ordinary asphalt concrete pavement structure and ultra-high performance concrete deck structure deck structure is compared and analyzed.Through comparative analysis,it can be seen that the ultra-high performance concrete deck structure deck structure can effectively solve the problem of weld cracking. |
