ObjectiveA skin stretch device with both negative pressure attraction and skin stretch function was developed.MethodsIn view of the defect that skin stretch device cannot be used directly with negative pressure sealing drainage device at the same time or in combination with negative pressure sealing drainage device at the same time,a new skin stretch device capable of negative pressure sealing drainage at the same time was designed by computer aided design system in this study.With thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer,nylon and resin as printing materials,various components of skin stretch device with negative pressure attraction were prepared and assembled.The conventional negative pressure auxiliary sealing drainage.The device was used as the control group(group A),and the new skin stretch device with negative pressure attraction was used as the experimental group(group B and group C).The skin defect model was made from pig’s back tissue in vitro and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Under the condition of negative pressure of 0.06 mpa,the effect of negative pressure drainage in group A and group B and the effect of tightness and skin stretch in group A,group B and group C were compared.Results1.A new skin stretch device with skin stretch and negative pressure attraction function was designed,and the device was successfully prepared by using 3D printing technology;2.The comparison of short-term drainage effect between group A and group B under the same negative pressure condition was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In vitro skin stretch experiment,group C after each pull devices are good in sealing,skin stretch Zhang Xiaoguo C group was obviously better than group A and group B(P < 0.05),the skin retraction of the early,with the increase of pull skin extension length also will increase,in the later period,with the increase of pull skin extension length increased gradually slow.Conclusion1.This study successfully designed and prepared a new skin stretch device with negative pressure attraction;2.The new skin stretch device with negative pressure attraction has a good skin stretch effect,while maintaining good tightness and effective negative pressure closure drainage function.
