| Driven by the development trend of agricultural modernization in China and the tuyere of national tourism,the strategy of "pastoral complex" has been put forward for the first time since 2017,and Lianping County has adopted the "peach tourism complex" with "agricultural industrial park and garden complex" as the development model according to local conditions,which can effectively promote the deep integration of agricultural industry and leisure tourism,education and culture,and healthy health,and expand the multi-functional development of agricultural industry.This paper studies the peach brigade complex in Lianping County,combining theory and practice,in order to promote the benign development of peach brigade complex in Lianping County,and also based on the organic combination of agricultural industrial park and pastoral complex For the development model of the complex,in the sustainable development of the construction road to provide some new ideas.Based on the literature review and summary of the star rating system and the development status of rural complex at home and abroad,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of peach brigade complex by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)principle,combining the research results of the park and the establishment standard of peach brigade complex.(3)Star rating of 13 existing Taotu complexes in Lianping County,based on evaluation Results The future development of Taotu complex in Lianping County was analyzed and summarized.(4)Finally,the planning and design of Taotu complex was selected by using the evaluation results combined with the development status of the park.The results of this study are as follows:(1)The star evaluation index system of Taot brigade complex in Lianping County was established.The evaluation system is divided into four levels of tree structure.Among them,the highest level reflects the comprehensive development level of the park;the second level is the decomposition of the target layer,which is divided into three parts: basic conditions,development and construction,functional benefits;the third level is the sub-standard layer,which is the specific elements of each part of the upper level,including location conditions,production and processing conditions,tourism reception conditions,etc.13 elements;the index layer is composed of 37 indicators reflecting the specific content of the sub-standard layer;(2)The star evaluation system of Taot brigade complex in Lianping County was constructed.After establishing the evaluation index system,the weight value of each index is calculated by analytic hierarchy process,and the evaluation of each index is standardized and quantified.The evaluation grade of each index is divided into three grades: excellent,general and poor,and the quantitative recommendation value is 6-10,3-5 and 0-2respectively.The comprehensive score range value Y∈[0,10] was obtained,and it was divided into four grades according to the score,five stars when Y∈[8,10],four stars when Y∈[7,8] and Y∈.[6,7] is three stars;Y∈[0,6] is two stars when.(3)The star rating of 13 peach brigade complexes in Lianping County was carried out by using the evaluation system.Two five-star peach brigade complexes were identified,including Xingyue Bay peach brigade complex(8.3273 points),Southern peach brigade complex(8.3903 points),four-star 3,including military peach brigade complex(7.5901points),peach blossom edge peach brigade complex(7.1687 points),interest field peach brigade complex(7.2742 points),three-star 7,including sensitive peach brigade complex(6.3606 points),first station peach brigade complex(6.4285 points),eighteen garden peach brigade complex(6.7 384 points),Guangda Tao brigade complex(6.3788 points),Triangle Lake Tao brigade complex(6.9092 points),Laowei Tao brigade complex(6.5496 points),Gangwei Tao brigade complex(6.5036 points);2 star 1,love multi-Tao brigade complex(5.8705 points).The evaluation results accurately reflect the development status of the park and basically accord with the original star building,and prove the feasibility of the evaluation system and evaluation method.On the whole,the development of Taotu complex in Lianping County shows the characteristics of stable bottom end and not outstanding in middle and high end.Continue to maintain the bottom three-star peach brigade integration in future development In order to improve the comprehensive development level of the four-and-five-star peach brigade complex,we should continue to improve the basic facilities of the park and the extension of the industrial chain,broaden the sales channels of the products of the park,and improve the cultural and ecological benefits.(4)Finally,based on the evaluation results and the present situation of the park,the planning and design scheme of "two rings,three axes and four scenes" is presented. |
