Design And Practice Of Interior Colors For Long-term Apartments Based On Nordic Style

With the increase of the rental population in China,the scale of the rental market continues to expand,and the quality of the existing ordinary rental housing has been difficult to meet the growing demands of consumers.In that case,it is imminent to develop the well-equipped long-term rental apartments.However,the long-term rental apartments in the market have many problems such as unreasonable color matching and furniture layout,which greatly limits the development and promotion of long-term rental apartments.In this study,in order to solve the problem that there is a lack of reasonable color matching in long-rent apartment interiors,the classic cases of Nordic styles were collected and analyzed in the historical dimension,and divide them into four categories:wooden rural pastoral,light-colored fashion,color active and modern literary.The foundation investigates the needs and preferences of tenants and providers of long-term rental apartments and completes case screening.From the point of view of color matching design,Photoshop software was used to quantitatively analyze the hard and soft assembly colors in the case,and the indoor color matching data was obtained,and the color design guiding principles of long-term rental apartments were obtained.Based on this principle,the design of the living habits and office needs was further combined,and the price estimation would be carried out to provide theoretical and case guidance for the interior design of long-term rental apartments.The research conclusions are as follows:The demand for long-rent apartment tenants and providers is reflected in the interior color scheme,the Nordic-style decoration effect and cost are relatively in line with the long-rent apartment interior design needs.In terms of configuration,most tenants have low demand for TV sets,decorative paintings and dining tables,and providers can reduce costs based on this demand.In terms of materials,nearly 72%of people do not mind replacing wood furniture with other materials,so providers can use lower cost materials while avoiding formaldehyde over-standard problems in wood-based panels.In terms of functional partitioning,more than 73%prefer TV/projector to the sofa,and the provider can use this as an basis for indoor layout.Quantitative analysis of Nordic style indoor color matching.Using Photoshop to perform color matching quantitative analysis on the four types of selected cases,the composition of color matching(RGB)and the proportions are as follows:(1)Wood rural rural type:hard-mounted small ceiling wall(225,225,223)and floor(203,183,147)accounted for 34 and 7%,soft green(113,150,54),wood color(221,183,147),warm white(210,211,209),dark gray(RGB:89,87,84)accounted for 14,16,18,and 11%,respectively.(2)Light-colored fashion type:the wall of the ceiling(241,242,244)and the floor(193,189,189)are 60 and 5%,and the color of the soft wood(195,183,167),brown(86,72,62),warm white(210,211,209),dark gray(60,61,62)accounted for 6,3,12 and 14%,respectively.(3)Color-active type:hard-wearing smallpox(238,237,235),wall(220,219,215)and floor(154,167,191)accounted for 20,19 and 9%,respectively,soft Medium blue(119,150,180),log color(208,165,114),warm white(113,150,54),dark gray(89,87,8)accounted for 22,10,14 and 6%,respectively.(4)Modern literary type:hard-mounted mid-flower(206,205,208),wall(111,112,111)and floor(220,221,220)accounted for 15,25 and 18%,respectively,soft Medium gray blue(106,138,160),light wood color(202,192,176),bright gray(199,200,204),dark gray(94,93,93)accounted for 5,7,13 and 17%,respectively..Three sets of flat layout design schemes were determined with 25m~2 flat-floor long-rent apartment units:(1)The left side of the entry is the cooking area,the dining area and the office area,and the right side is the bathroom,wardrobe,bed and sofa.The advantage of this program is that the cooking area,the bathroom is separated from other areas,the office area is well lit,and the air is soundproofed.(2)The left side of the entry is the cooking area,the office area and the closet.The right side is the bathroom,sofa and bed.The part of the dining area is omitted,and the layout of other functions is expanded.Beds and wardrobes are placed away from the entrance to protect tenant privacy.(3)The left side of the entry is to change the shoe area,cooking area,dining area and wardrobe.The right side is the bathroom,sofa,desk and bed.The shoe changing area is at the entry point.The regular dining table and chair are convenient for dining.Output results based on the Nordic style color matching system.Taking the scheme(1)as an example,substituting four types of Nordic style indoor color matching data,outputting4 sets of practical plans,and conducting a questionnaire survey.The most popular color schemes for the users are wooden rural and light-colored fashions,and the estimated cost is about 17,000 yuan,which meets the market’s cost requirements.
