| With the intensification of Economic Globalization,more and more foreign medical device companies enter into China to develop new market.However,Chinese economic is different from overseas countries,the investment environment is relatively unfamiliar to foreign companies.The current healthcare system is not yet completed,with unbalanced development.Plus the limited resource for healthcare professionals receiving continual medical education,how to enter China and develop in China as a foreigner,this becomes an interested subject to many medical device companies.This paper will dip into global and China’s current economic situation and the medical device industry development in China,and analyze and study three current representative foreign medical device company entering and developing strategies in China market.This paper will start from study on a variety of factors that multinational medical device companies need to take into consideration entering into international market.Then,this paper explores current and future in 10 years of China medical device market,from political and legal environment,to economic,social culture and technology environment.Then,the paper analyzes the competitive environment of China medical device industry,looking for opportunities and challenges.Finally,on the basis of theory of international marketing strategy,multination business entering module and developing methodology,the paper selects three representative foreign medical device companies to analysis.Based on the analysis,the paper summarizes the strategies and discusses the conclusion.Hopefully through this study and analysis,it could give some reference for tactics thoughts to multinational medical device companies which plan to or have already entered into China market.And also,it could share experiences to domestic medical companies which is developing within China or overseas,to develop itself based on its own company’s characteristic. |
