In recent years,with the support of a series of national policies,electric vehicle technology is developing rapidly and the scale of the industry is expanding quickly.In the gradual popularization of electric vehicle applications,the state of its power battery has been one of the focus of government departments and consumers concerned.The monitoring and data storage-analysis of the electric vehicle in the actual operation to the maintenance process not only helps to improve the safety of the electric vehicle,but also has great significance for the research of battery capacity and life status.It is foreseeable that traditional file storage and analysis tools have become increasingly challenging to meet the growing mass data storage and complex multi-structured data analysis requirement as monitoring and storage volumes grow.This paper creatively puts forward the battery monitoring system based on the cloud platform,by combining the electric vehicle battery monitoring and the storage-analysis technology of big data cloud platform.This paper first introduces the overall design of the system.The whole system consists of two components,an electric vehicle battery monitoring information center platform and a Hadoop big data cloud platform.Battery-related data of electric vehicle will be real-time upload to the monitoring information platform for visual display,while the data can be deposited into the built Hadoop distributed cloud platform for big data analysis.Secondly,this paper reveals the detailed development and design of electric vehicle battery monitoring information platform.The platform mainly uses Browser/Server architecture,through the form of the browser web page to achieve real-time data monitoring.In the Microsoft Visual Studio development environment using C# language,the author programmed the Web back-end service program for remote data receiving storage and the Web front-end program used to display the monitoring information center platform.Again,build Hadoop distributed cloud platform.Introduce details of the platform construction method,and successfully built a fully distributed Hadoop cluster used to store monitoring data on the three hosts installed Linux system.Finally,process and analyze big data of electric vehicle battery based on Hadoop cloud platform.The use of big data processing and analysis tools to analyze and mine data from the charge and discharge aspects,will contribute to the research on electric vehicle battery capacity and battery life and other key technologies.
