As the pillar industry of China’s economic development,the construction industry has faced new opportunities and challenges in economic transition period.That the construction industry is developing towards informatization,industrialization and intellectualization is the general trend of the times.As the research focus of current construction industry,BIM technology and prefabricated building have great prospects in promotion and application,and they are also the only way to informatization and industrialization of the construction industry.However,the pattern of modeling after drafting is still used when building as-built BIMs of prefabricated building,which is inefficient and costs a lot of manpower and material resources.How to automatically generate the building information models that can be used for completion,delivery and operation & maintenance stages has become a problem.At present,three dimensional laser scanning and image reconstruction are used to generate the models.However,models generated by 3D laser scanning and image reconstruction technology have some shortcomings,such as large volume of data,difficulty in processing data and unstructured data,which leads to some limitations in its application.Therefore,the automatic generation system of as-built BIM of prefabricated building is put forward,and the real-time location technology of prefabricated components is explored to realize the automatic generation and output of building information models,which provides a feasible solution for automatic generation of as-built BIM of prefabricated building.Based on the IFC standard,this paper studies the real-time location algorithm of prefabricated components,utilizes IMU to record the location and attitude data of components and develops information collection software and data parsing software based on MEMS(Micro-ElectroMechanical System)sensor.Combining the existing BIM component library,the automatic generation algorithm of building information model based on IFC standard is studied,and the final IFC data model is obtained by parameterization.The result demonstrates that the IFC-based automatic generation system of as-built BIM of prefabricated building is valid and can be used to obtain the components’ location and attitude information which meet the engineering accuracy requirements.It lays a foundation for automatic creation of as-built BIM of prefabricated buildings.
