| Hydropower station integrates hydraulic structures,hydraulic mechanical equipments and electrical equipments into a whole.It is of great importance for national economic development to make sure that the hydropower station runs safely and steadily.So it is necessary to strengthen the vocational training for staffs who work in hydropower plant and enhance the level of hydropower plant equipments management.However,highly automated operation and miscellaneous equipments of hydropower stations brought difficulties to the vocational training and the hydropower station equipments visual management.It is a new solution to build hydropower station operation simulation training system and euquipments visual management system based on virtual reality technology.Based on virtual reality technology principles such as collision detection,virtual reality human-computer interaction,and physical rendering,as well as basic theories such as the operation process of hydropower station and the KKS coding system of hydropower station equipments,this paper carries out the application research of the operation simulation system of hydropower station.On the basis of the hierarchical analysis and construction of the simulation model for the hydropower station,the structural design of the simulation scene for the hydropower station is carried out.On the basis of PBR material and collision detection technology,simulation scenes of generator layer,turbine layer and butterfly valve layer in hydropower station are constructed.Based on the in-depth analysis and design of the system functional requirements and system architecture,this paper adopts collision detection technology,virtual reality interactive technology,3d user interface,database to carry out the design and development of the virtual simulation functions of hydropower station in unreal engine.Main functions of hydropower station operation simulation system based on virtual reality technology include virtual roaming,equipment information visualization query and cognition,and turbines running simulation.The system runs in HTC Vive virtual reality wearing equipment,which guarantees the immersion,natural interaction and highly simulation of the system.The development and application can improve the quality and efficiency of the hydropower station operation professional training,which provides a new technical solution for the modern hydropower station management and is of great signifaicance and practical application value. |
