| As the birthplace of tea,China has been experienced a long history of tea drinking.The spread oftea in the world begins the earliest spread phase from the Netherlands to Europe.Later,along with the spread of European immigrants to the Americas,it played an indispensable role in the history of human civilization.Throughout the entire process of communication,it assimilate into cultures of different countries,resulting in different tea cultures,such as "Japanese tea ceremony" and "English afternoon tea".Chinese tea is the world’s three largest non-alcoholic beverages with coffee and cocoa.However,in the particular space of modern hotel,which has both commercial properties and leisure and entertainment properties,the traditional coffee and Western tea space that we can find everywhere have almost become the standard space in modern hotels,and we have never seen the real Chinese traditional tea space.The modern hotel is a foreign-related reception place.It is an important venue for inward display,and it is also an important way for international exchanges.It is especially accompanied by further integration between China and the world and plays a role in the country’s external cultural communication.More and more important roles.This thesis summarizes the tea drinking establishments with different forms in China,and studies a set of tea drinking space models suitable for modern hotels.Through a comprehensive comparison and study of tea drinking places in different periods in Chinese history.In the process of research,the tea culture,tea drinking methods,tea ceremony,tea customs,and tea sets were summarized,and the spatial layout and constituent elements of tea culture in different periods were combed.Finally,the application of modern tea culture elements in different periods of Chinese history was studied.,to comb a set of effective modern tea culture space expression.By combining the tea culture space model,function model and modern hotel space,the tea culture with a long history in China has been inherited and developed in the process of modernization. |
