Abstract/Summary:
Fatigue life prediction and reliability assessment under measured road spectrum are import research contents and difficulties in vehicle durability analysis.In this paper,the fatigue reliability analysis of heavy tractor fuel tank bracket under acceleration test load test load spectrum has important theoretical significance and practical application value.The fuel tank bracket is an important suspension bracket of heavy tractor,which is loaded mass of fuel tank and the main failure mode is fatigue fracture under random vibration loading.If the fuel tank bracket broken will directly lead to the loss of the’ fuel tank and causing power interruption,so it is necessary to ensure the strength and service life of the fuel tank bracket.In this paper,the transfer function of the fuel tank bracket was obtained through the modal frequency response analysis,the power spectral density of the load spectrum was used as the load input to carry out the frequency domain fatigue analysis,the reliability analysis of the fuel tank bracket was carried out under the fatigue analysis results.In this paper,the fatigue reliability of the fuel tank bracket was analyzed under the measured road spectrum in frequency domain.First of all,test load spectrum was dealt with Matlab software,so the input load spectrum of dynamics analysis in frequency domain and load spectrum under six different times were ready for dynamic analysis and fatigue life prediction.Secondly,the finite element model of the fuel tank bracket was established,and using Abaqus software to make dynamic analysis in frequency domain,so we can determine the correctness of the fuel tank bracket finite element model and the rationality of the analysis method.Thirdly,frequency response analysis for the fuel tank bracket was finished,combined with the load spectrum PSD and material P-S-N curve parameters,the fuel tank bracket fatigue damage was to be got based on the Dirlik method.Then,reliability analysis of the fuel tank bracket was finished based on the results of fatigue life prediction,the B10 life under 70%of the confidence level and the reliability under the specified life of the fuel tank bracket was obtained.Finally,based on the GUI programming in Matlab software,achieved the function of the input and display of fatigue data,single damage position and multi damage position reliability analysis and the other function modules,the analysis method of the fatigue reliability analysis platform has good commonality and friendly interface.
