| With the gradual improvement of the transportation network and the rapid development of the logistics industry,the heavy-duty truck becomes the first choice of engineering construction and cargo transportation with the advantages of flexibility,heavy load and low transportation cost.Fuel tank bracket,as a key component to connect the frame and the fuel tank,the fuel tank bracket is an important guarantee for the normal operation of the fuel supply system of the heavy vehicle.Therefore,it is very important to carry out the dynamic analysis and fatigue life estimation of the heavy tank.The load of the heavy-duty tractor is subject to the randomness and multi-direction during the driving process.The structure of the fuel tank bracket is large and complex,and the stress distribution is complex,which has important influence on the safety and reliability of the vehicle.The fatigue life prediction of the stent is also very important.In this paper,the finite element method is used to analyze and validate the modal analysis of the heavy tanker frame under the multi-axis random load.The analysis of the random vibration response with the test load validates the rationality of the model.The transfer function method is used to predict the life of the fuel tank bracket.The main work is as follows:First of all,according to the fuel tank on the road surface to analysize the load transfer path,deal with the test load data.Secondly,using Hypermesh to intercept the fuel tank support model mesh and deal with the connections,and its modal analysis under three constraints,by comparing the test results to verify reasonable constraints.Then the random vibration response of the model is analyzed under ABAQUS.The validity of the model is further verified by the results of the test.Finally,the transfer function of the fuel tank bracket is obtained through modal stress method with ABAQUS.Based on FEMFAT software,fuel tank bracket life have been estimated by critical plane methods based on multiaxial fatigue theories,combined with load compression theory,rainflow counting method,S-N curve,Goodman mean stress correction criterion and Miner linear cumulative damage theory.In this paper,the fatigue life prediction of the fuel tank bracket is universal,and it is also suitable for the fatigue life prediction of other kinds of vehicle components. |
