LED light source is a kind of green lighting source with high efficiency,long life and low power consumption.Its application has involved all aspects of our lives.With the rapid development of the LED industry,the principle of non-imaging optical design has become the main method and means to achieve its application.The future development of the world will be to save energy and reduce consumables.However,automotive high beam lighting systems have disadvantages such as large volume and low light utilization.Traditional indoor lighting light source systems use cylindrical structures,and the light source has a wide range of illumination.However,when lighting the corners of a house,traditional indoor lighting The light source system appears to be too large in size,difficult to install,low in light source utilization,and uneven illumination of the work surface.In order to improve the above situation,this paper proposes an algorithm based on the compound emission parabolic concentrator(CPC)parameters of the LED emission angle.This algorithm combines the emission angle of the LED light source and the light emission angle of the CPC.Through calculation,a calculation algorithm is deduced to obtain a corresponding CPC parameter by selecting different LED light sources according to the actual requirements under the premise of meeting a fixed CPC light emission angle.And through design examples,the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified.Combining the algorithm of this thesis,using SolidWorks,MATLAB and TracePro for simulation,the comparison results of CPC and common parabolic concentrators for high-beam automotive lamps were designed.The high beam of CPC obtained by the algorithm proposed in this thesis was designed.Lights,more uniform illumination distribution,wider lighting area,and smaller lighting system.Based on the requirements of visible light communication technology(VLC),the experimental platform with LED as the light source was established,and a software that can provide illumination distribution for indoor light positioning was designed with MATLAB GUI.Through the simulation results of the software,the change distribution map of indoor illumination intensity is obtained,which is in agreement with the theoretical simulation results.It is proved that the software is effective,but there are problems such as uneven illumination distribution and low illumination at the corners.In order to improve the above situation,this paper applies the algorithm of CPC parameter to the optimization of optical positioning,establishes the model and simulates with TracePro.The results show that the illumination distribution of the model obtained by the proposed algorithm of CPC parameter is more uniform.,And the illuminance at the corner has also increased significantly.Compared with the traditional light source system with CPC parameters,the light source system using this algorithm is smaller.This paper mainly proposes a new algorithm for CPC parameters based on the launch angle of LED light source.This algorithm is applied to the illumination system of automotive lighting system and indoor light positioning.The simulation results show that the CPC is designed using this algorithm.Can make the lighting system more compact,light source utilization and lighting effects are also significantly improved.
