With the rapid development of the automobile industry,the global automobile production and retention have increased dramatically,and the energy crisis and environmental pollution problems have become more serious.In the context of adhering to the green sustainable development strategy,the auto industry must face the problems of energy shortage and emission pollution in order to continue healthy and rapid development.Lightweight car is one of the important measures that can be implemented.Aluminum alloys are used by a growing number of automotive manufacturers to reduce the weight of vehicles because of their excellent properties such as small specific gravity,high specilic strength,good formability,and ease of recycling.However,aluminum alloys have the problems of poor formability at normal temperatures and easy cracking due to press forming,and need to be solved by warm forming techniques.Induction heating has the advantages of high heating temperature,high efficiency and easy temperature control.It is very suitable for heating aluminum alloy.In the occasion of using aluminum alloy to make automobile panels,it is required that the induction heating power supply can achieve two requirements of high frequency and high power.In this paper,aiming at the two requirements of high frequency and high power,the advantages of two frequency doubling circuits are combined into the LLC three order resonant slot circuit,thus a frequency doubling circuit is obtained.By further reducing the demand for the frequency of a single switch tube,the power level of the switch tube can be improved and the frequency of the target is reduced.The number of parallel switches is required.At the same time,due to the use of the three stage resonant groove with load matching capability,the transformer can be omitted and the volume of the induction heating power supply is reduced.In this paper,the working mode of the frequency doubling circuit is analyzed first,then the relevant formula of the circuit is deduced and the working characteristic of the circuit is analyzed when the parameters are changed.According to the actual situation of the aluminum alloy in the heating process,the selection method of the induction heating parameters of the aluminum alloy is given.Then the design parameters are analyzed according to the theory and in PS.Simulation is carried out in IM.Finally,an experimental platform is built to verify its rationality and frequency doubling function.
