Abstract/Summary:
China’s manufacturing industry is moving towards advanced manufacturing,in this process,induction heating technology plays an important role.Using induction heating technology can achieve heating the whole piece,also can realize the local deep diathermy on the workpiece.Induction heating technology with its high efficiency,energy saving,environmental protection is widely used.The technology of induction heating is mainly rely on the heating power.It is a kind of non-contact heating method,this heating method can achieve different shapes of the workpiece.It does not need to change the heating equipment in order to fit the different structure of the workpiece.The output of induction heating power determine the effect of induction heating,so the object of this paper is induction heating power.At present,most of the induction heating power supply is PID control,this control method is difficult to achieve a high precision requirements of the heating effect.Because in the actual working environment,the load parameter of high-frequency induction heating power will change with the processing environment.It is a kind of nonlinear change,can not establish a precise mathematical model.Using PID control has been unable to meet the needs of industrial development.With the development of the intelligent era,there will be a variety of intelligent control algorithms.The researchers combine the PID controller with intelligent algorithm to develop the intelligent controller.The immune genetic algorithm studied in this paper is an intelligent algorithm based on the the biological immune mechanism.This intelligent algorithm can realize the automatic adjustment of the system.In this paper,the immune genetic algorithm is combined with the PID controller to improve the effect of ordinary PID controller.Firstly,the mechanism of biological immune system was analyzed,and the principle of immune genetic algorithm based on this immune mechanism was analyzed.In order to improve the effect of ordinary PID,the paper focuses on the method of setting the PID control parameters based on the immune genetic algorithm,and programming the PID controller parameter tuning process combined with the immune genetic algorithm in MATLAB.It is shown that the PID control based on the immune genetic algorithm can realize the ideal output of the heating power supply by the step response diagram,the controller change graph and the Cost function optimization diagram.Then,the paperintroduces the internal structure of the new intelligent controller based on the field programmable gate array,introduces the connection between the internal modules,and designs the key module with its software design platform.At the end of this paper,it introduces the virtual instrument technology,and the operation interface of high frequency induction heating power supply is redesigned by using LABVIEW.The newly user interface and monitoring interface can achieve observation more intuitive,more intelligent.The paper also use LABVIEW to design the water temperature alarm system,filter system and temperature acquisition system based on temperature acquisition card,to enhance the control intelligent of induction heating power.
