| In this paper,the object of this study is the bionic micro flapping-wing aircraft,which is one kind of the bionic robot.As its good application prospect in civil and military,it has attracting wide attention of the researchers.The flying way of the flapping-wing aircraft is different with the traditional aircraft flight mode.The flapping-wing aircraft rely on wings flapping can produce the lift and forward force needed for the flapping flight and has superior flight performance.In order to complete the design of bionic flapping-wing drive mechanism and the prototype,this paper introduces the research status at home and abroad of the bionic flapping-wing robots and driving mechanism.From insect wings structure and the flapping flight rules,according to the principle of bionics,mechanism design and aerodynamic theory,to research the flight mechanism of insects,the flapping wing motion law,drive mechanism comprehensive design,the flapping wing flight aerodynamic characteristics and prototype.The paper’s main research content includes the following several parts:For the insect flapping-wing flight movement,from its wings structure to analysis the insect wings structure and its relationship with the insect flight performance.Analyzed the four main types of the high lift mechanism and finished the establishment of the coordinate system and the equations of motion for the bionic flapping-wing flight vehicle.According to the flapping flight trajectory of the insect to research the design of the flapping-wing drive mechanism and ultimately determined two kinds of drive mechanism including the four-bar mechanism and gear five-bar mechanism.According to the mechanism trajectory indirect synthesis method to carry on the comprehensive design of the mechanism,and then according to the numerical map can determine the size of the required trajectory.Analysis from the existence of double crank,length of the initial phase difference of double crank and connecting rod crank to determine the best parameters of the gear five-bar mechanism.After finished the design synthesis of the mechanism,the next work is the establishment of the 3D simulation model,and the analysis of the flight trajectory and dynamics characteristic.In order to analyze the aerodynamic characteristics of the flapping-wing aircraft under low-air Reynolds number,using the method of numerical calculationthe to analyse the aerodynamic characteristics of the wing.The aerodynamic characteristics of wing were analyzed by FLUENT software.The aerodynamic characteristics of wing with different shapes are mainly analyzed,and the wing shape with relatively good aerodynamic characteristics is determined.The velocity vector and the pressure vector of the air flow around the wing during the flapping wing movement are also analyzed in detail.Based on the design of the virtual drive mechanism of the flapping-wing aircraft,we finished the design of the mechanical system of the flapping-wing vehicle.The aircraft prototype and release experiments is completed successfully.In view of the technical problems that few test equipment can be used in the micro flapping-wing flight vehicle,a preliminary design scheme of flapping-wing aircraft experimental platform is put forward. |
