The rapid development of manufacturing technology,has greatly improved design and manufacturing quality of the large electromechanical product,but also brings such as accelerating resource consumption,serious environmental pollution,human survival environment is deteriorating and other problems caused by the common concern of society and enterprises.In this context,the United Nations Environment Programme presented the concept of product service system in 1990 s,the key idea is: users can obtain the right to use the product without buying the product,which is obtained by users is the function or result of the product,which makes users both in the sense of experience,and the needs of the economy,have been greatly satisfied.For enterprises,PSS can reduce energy consumption and cost,improve yield of product,so as to realize the sustainable development.For users,the higher cost of buying a large electromechanical product,maintenance is not convenient,the best way is to lease,so the rationalization of the design and use large electromechanical products,not only convenient to users,can also facilitate the maintenance of products,more conducive to environmental protection.Based on the background above,this paper put forward the research of large electromechanical product design method under PSS,analysed some basic theories and methods of product design,and mainly researched and analysed PSS and BOM of the combination model,integrated technology method of SSPD and PSS.The full text mainly launches the research from the following several aspects:First,the establishment of product and service allocation principles.Analysed two problems of service process of large electromechanical product: service reliability is low and the cost of service is high,built analysis of the root causes,using engineering parameters and principle of innovation of TRIZ to solve the problems,so as to improve the rationality of product and service configuration.Second,the research of modular design in PSS.Using the modular design method,to divide large electromechanical product under the PSS into the product module and service module,and according to AD and characteristic of service module,divided them into parts level module and product technical service(PTS)module,and to improve the functional properties of services,two important functional combination relations of service module are given: complementary and cooperative relations.The modular design of PSS is an important prerequisite for the integrated design of product and service.Third,study on the integration relationship between the product and service.Configuration principle of product and service based on the TRIZ,and by means of the interaction between product and service design of product service correlation matrix(PSCM),at the same time,with the help of BOM technology,which were mapped to P-BOM and S-BOM,so as to realize the large electromechanical product design based on PSS and BOM.Fourth,the development of BOM large electromechanical product service system platform based on SSPD.Take the SSPD theory as a guidance,combined with the theories of PSS and modular design technology to develop the system platform,P-BOM,S-BOM,product and service related data and product service integration design BOM(PSI-BOM)and other major modules are embedded in this system,so as to ensure the reliability,real time,completeness,consistency and redundancy of product data in the concurrent design of large electromechanical product.Finally,the design of the elevator traction system as an example,the application of the above methods is demonstrated.
