| Steel ball is one of significant components of bearing,its surface quality directly affects the bearing performance.Screw line is mostly utilized in the the existed equipment of steel ball surface detection whose structure is complex.Therefore,disk style detection mechanism,developed by domestic scholars,is suitable for detecting steel ball whose diameter under 12 mm,however irregular state exist during the process of the motion of steel ball,resulting over-detction or miss-detection occurrence of ball detection whose efficiency is affected seriously.Therefore,in this paper,based on steel ball motion style of meridian,dynamic analysis of the steel ball under the detection state is carried out,the main reason which influence the state of steel ball is determined.Firstly,in this paper,three kind of meridian formation methods are obtained affter meridian is analyzed.Establishment of sphere zone model is to determine the relationship between meridian and sphere zone.According to the ball surface image acquisition and imaging characteristics,optimum arc length is determined.The mathematical model of the arc of the ball is established by the method of steel ball surface is wrapped by this arc the ball derived area and the overlap area formula is deducted.By expanding the arc length redundancy to increase the width of sphere zone,to improve the detection efficiency of the steel ball.Six kinds of basic trajectory departure patterns are determined after motion locus of the steel ball is analysed.Validity and efficiency is judged according to the extent of meridian deviation and the maximum arc length redundancy.Secondly,motion state and force of steel ball in the ball hole is analysed,through coordinate transformation,force state of the steel ball in the static system is determined.The main influencing factors of expansion efficiency is determined after state of motion and location of steel ball is analysed by dynamics.The main influencing factors of motion trace of steel ball is determined after analysed the dynamics meridian motion of steel ball.Finally,ADAMS is utilized to study the dynamic simulation of steel balls which enter the detection area and detect in the measure of meridan motion.The sequece of facts and optimal combination is obtained by orthogonal test.To obtain the measure of improving the efficiency of ball detection,the single factor analysis is utilized.After analysed the trace motion of steel,the main reason for the deviation of steel ball under meridian motion is determined.This paper lays the theoretical foundation for the steel ball to carry out the meridian expansion in the oil liquid environment. |
