Steel ball is an significant component of bearing,the surface quality directly determines the bearing life,bearing performance.Traditional surface detection of steel ball is under dry friction,because the ball is a mirror sphere,the surface of high reflectivity,will form a halo of cover image information,thereby affecting the detection accuracy;when the ball immersed the aviation No.10 oil,because the oil permeability and light refraction can reduce halo,but when detection conditions change,ball expansion movement will change.Therefore,in this paper,in order to solve the above problems,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation are combined to study the full surface development of the steel ball immersed the aviation oil 10 and to determine the full surface development state of the steel ball under the condition of aviation 10 oil.Firstly,According to the motion of the friction plate combined with and the theory of ball banding,analyzed the meridian formation state,the rotation axis of the ball and the ball banding based on the movement of the friction plate.According to the movement of the friction plate,the flow field in the unfolded plate hole is analyzed to obtain the parameters of the flow field type,the boundary layer velocity and the thickness of the boundary layer.According to the thickness of the boundary layer,the influence of oil on the ball was analyzed.Secondly,based on the obtained flow field parameters,a model of steel ball flow around was established.The flow around the steel ball under the corresponding flow field was simulated by FLUENT software.The flow around the steel ball was analyzed to determine the change of viscosity drag and drag coefficient.Calculate the viscosity resistance,pressure resistance,the overall force analysis of the steel ball;According to the steel ball force situation,the steel ball movement analysisFinally,according to the obtained mechanical parameters,the dynamic simulation of the unfolding of the steel balls by using ADAMS is carried out.According to the acquired meridian trajectory diagram,the factors affecting the full surface development of the steel ball are analyzed.The control variable method Factor analysis under the influence of the meridian trajectory analysis to determine the aviation oil immersed in the whole surface of the ball launched the optimal parameters.This paper provides a theoretical basis for the early practical application of surface inspection equipment of steel ball which under aviation No.10 oil.
