| High ductile fiber reinforced concrete(HDC)with the characteristics of high strength,high ductility,high energy absorption,showing good strain hardening characteristics and fracture mechanism,can significantly improve the ductility and damage resistance ability of the concrete structure.Its superior mechanical properties can effectively improve the seismic resistance of reinforced concrete structure,improve shear performance of the structure,and have great application prospect in the fields like the engineering seismic,structural reinforcement,surface crack resistance and wear resistance.Earthquake damage investigation and experimental research show that the destruction of the shear wall structure,mainly occurred in the plastic hinge region at the bottom of the structure,the damage is difficult to repair,and this will lead to the failure of entire structure.The bearing capacity of high performance concrete shear wall is high,but the ductility is poor,during the earthquake,the plastic hinge region at the bottom of the wall is easily destroyed,and is not conducive to repair after the earthquake.In order to improve the ductility,effectively reduce the loss caused by earthquake,this paper puts forward using high ductility fiber reinforced concrete instead of ordinary concrete used in low-rise shear wall,to improve the ductility of shear walls,thus effectively relieve the brittle failure for the component and structure caused by earthquake.This article also apply HDC material to steel plate composite shear wall,More able to give full play to the advantages of both and promote their work together.Specific studies are as follows:(1)The compressive toughness test research and equivalent deformation analysis of HDC material.The compressive toughness evaluation index of HDC was studied in this paperbased on the uniaxial compression test of 9 groups of HDC specimens and 1set of mortar matrix specimen.And equivalent analysised the deformation ability of HDC,put forward suitable calculation formula for the compressive toughness of evaluation index of HDC material,made clear the linear relationship between equivalent compressive toughness index and fiber dosage.We also made the equivalent analysis of the HDC fiber bridging stress and the constraint effect of stirrups that the HDC fiber bridging effect of the internal matrix,it is concluded that the equivalent relations of quantitative.(2)The seismic performance analysis of HDC low-rise shear wall.In order to further demonstrate the superiority of HDC specimen in seismic performance,this paper designed 1 piece of HDC low-rise shear wall,1 piece of single steel plate-HDC low-rise shear wall and 1 piece of double steel plate-HDC low-rise shear wall,and carried on quasi-static test under low reversed cyclic loading,get the hysteretic characteristics of the specimens,energy dissipation,stiffness and resistance to damage,deformation and destruction features,and so on of HDC low-rise shear wall.(3)The analysis of shear bearing capacity for HDC low-rise shear wall.Combined with the relevant specification we know that low-rise shear wall specimens in this paper conform to the deep beam,and they can be equivalent to deep beam to consider the calculation of their bearing capacity.The strut-and-tie model is used for the shear bearing capacity analysis of HDC shear wall in this paper,then comparing the analysis results with the results that calculated by shear bearing capacity formula in the specification.Combining the theoretical analysis results and comparing with the test data in this paper,we are able to get suitable shear bearing capacity analysis method for HDC low-rise shear wall. |
