Earthquake simulation seismic experiment,due to some drawbacks entity shaking table exist,often lead to the experimental process complicated,experimental high cost.study digital vibration table instead entity shaker becomes even more important,digital vibration table in favor of the Scientific research,teaching experiments,and saving the cost.The subject of Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology seismic laboratory building shaking table for the study,and how to build entity shaker same functionality and performance digital shaker.After shaking table simplified model,respectively,control systems and mechanical systems research,the establishment of appropriate simulation models.Finally,the establishment of control systems and mechanical systems co-simulation model in MATLAB platform.The main work is divided into three stages:The first phase of the vibration control system for signal transfer mode study based on the degree of freedom in the conventional servo control strategies,basing on the introduction kinematic analysis method to optimize the control system.In order to study the control performance of the two algorithms,this paper calculate freedom matrix synthesis and decomposition,forward kinematics and inverse kinematics equations of transfer signal of shaking table,and establish error model of the two algorithms in MATLAB platform,verify the validity of the method of kinematic analysis.The second phase of the composition and working principle vibration servo system is analyzed,shaking table geometrical and physical parameters based on laboratory entities,the application is passed to establish servo valves,hydraulic system function analysis mathematical model and design three-parameter controller Kinematic analysis using the method based on this simulation model the entire servo control system in MATLAB platform.The third stage,the research goal of this paper is to establish an entity shaker similar digital vibration table to achieve the visual effect,it proposed to use Solid Works software to build shaker three-dimensional model,then Solid Works and MATLAB co-simulation method to study found conversion method and import interface,and control system and mechanical system comply co-simulation in MATLAB platform. |
