| Currently,concrete member performance testing methods of our country mainly comes from national standard TJ321-1976 "construction and installation engineering quality inspection evaluation standard: prefabricated reinforced concrete engineering" in 1976.In the past forty years,the design method of concrete structure evolved from half experience and half probability design method to approximate probability limit state design method;and the domestic and foreign development of building industrialization in largely increase the risk of component supply socialization,expanded the types of prefabricated,so the higher requirements also put forward for test.But the performance test of component does not change in nature,which is lagging behind the need of the development of the design method and construction industrialization on the basic methods standards and the applicable scope.For the defects of component performance testing method in our country,this paper uses probability method of component performance inspection test.The testing method is based on structural reliability theory and statistics which can realize the cohesion with the current design method,on the basis of the reliability control,the current design method meet the needs of construction industrialization,thus providing more reliable technical support for construction industrialization.Based on probability methods of performance inspection test for concrete members,this paper puts forward a complete probability method of concrete compression member inspection.The mainly research contents and work include the following several aspects:(1)The probability model of the capacity compression member is established.Considering the influence of the basic variables,the probability model of bearing capacity of axial compression member and the eccentric compression member are built respectively.(2)The bearing capacity of compression member reliability and value of coefficient of variation.Considering the statistical analysis of the main factors that influence the performance of each component,confirm the statistical parameters by probability and statistics method,and analysis its probability distribution,then on the basis of component performance and the function relation between the relevant influence factors,through a variety of factors influencing the probability distribution and statistical parameters of the inference type of probability distribution and statistical parameters of bearing capacity of compression member,for the bearing capacity of compression member reliability and coefficient of variation.(3)The risk control of compression member performance test were determined.Using the method of probability analysis minimum reliability calibration of the current design specification,and according to the calibration results with general design situation,determine the design specifications and design requirements of the lowest reliability.On this basis,using statistical methods to further calibration current test standard implied by the confidence level,and determining the confidence level by comprehensive analysis.Based this,the level of risk control can be achieved on the reliability of control level with the current design code of cohesion,in order to make sure with the current inspection standard of risk control level,no big difference between the inspection results.(4)According to the basic expression of compression member performance probability test,variation coefficient of performance and reliability of components and determined by the confidence level of calibration,build complete compression member performance testing method of probability. |
