Vibration problems in the operation of urban rail transit vehicles,but also bring noise pollution,the vibration and noise reduction of urban rail vehicles is to obtain the comfort of passengers and residents along the normal life.Along with the improvement of living quality,advanced production technology are more and more applied to the field of vibration and noise reduction of urban rail vehicles.To reduce the urban rail vehicle vibration and noise radiation response for the purpose of vehicle structure optimization and innovation,has long been a city rail vehicle dynamics design solved the problem,which caused dynamic analysis of vehicle systems has become the only way to optimize the vehicle structure.From the model of urban rail vehicles,this paper first takes the typical urban rail vehicles as the research object,the vehicle is simplified as a rigid body model of ten degrees of freedom,considering only the body,bogies and wheel vertical movement.The vertical vibration response of the vehicle body is analyzed with emphasis of the rail system,and design the dynamic vibration absorber of car body.Discuss the patronage change,speed changes and other factors on the dynamic vibration absorbing impact damping performance under various conditions dynamic vibration absorber damping amplitude can reach about 35%.The performance of the dynamic vibration absorber is evaluated by using the Sperling stability index;In order to better guide the design of the car body and the vibration absorber,a novel method is presented to evaluate the performance of the dynamic vibration absorber which is based on the speed change and the speed range(DVA vibration damping index).The results show that due to the track system,the peak frequency of car body vibration is shifted,and the vertical vibration characteristic is changed and the vertical vibration becomes more intensively.For the coupling of the vehicle and the track,designers have to consider the matching between the weight and design frequency of the dynamic vibration absorber,and recognize that the design frequency threshold determines whether dynamic vibration absorber has damping effect and the optimum design frequency determines whether the dynamic vibration absorber has better damping effect.In order to reduce the vertical vibration of the wheelset of urban rail vehicles,improve the wheel rail interaction,improve the service life of the wheel and rail,and ensure the safe operation of the vehicle.In this paper,the dynamic vibration absorber is mounted on the axle of urban rail vehicles based on car body dynamic vibration absorber,and the vertical vibration characteristic of the wheelset can be obtained,design of the vibration absorber for the wheel with the vertical resonance frequency of the wheelset,The effect of mass ratio on the performance of shock absorber is discussed,considering the change of the operating speed of the city rail vehicles is more frequent,the vibration absorbing effect of the dynamic vibration absorber is analyzed.The results showed that wheel vibration absorber can significantly reduce wheelset vertical to the vibration and reduce the wheel rail impact,to improve the interaction between wheel and rail,and vibration is fiercer wheel suction and the damping effect of the absorber is better.Based on the study of the vibration effect of the dynamic vibration absorber of the wheel set,the model of the wheel noise is established based on the purpose of reducing the intensity of the wheel,the factors affecting the noise of the wheel are analyzed,discusses the effect of the dynamic vibration absorber on the noise reduction and the influence of the factors such as the capacity,the speed change and the wheel wear on the noise reduction effect of the wheel.The results show that the vibration of the wheel is not only able to reduce the wheel vibration,but also can reduce the noise generated from the root cause,the maximum can reduce the wheel noise around 1d B,which provides an important reference for the wheel noise reduction method. |
