With the development of urban railway system,vibration and noise reduction has become a critical topic.For the advantage of small volume, light weight, good vibration isolation effect, etc, Track vibration absorber were widely used in urban rail transit.Vehicles, track and bridge being an interaction coupling system, it becomes very necessary to study the effect of track vibration absorber’s parameters on the whole system.In this paper,a co-simulation method with the FEM software ANSYS and multi-body dynamics software SIMPACK was presented to establish a vehicle-track-bridge coupling model considering track vibration absorber fastening,then the parameters of track vibration absorber were studied and analyzed.This paper first introduced some common methods of vibration and noise reduction in the urban rail transit, then some domestic and foreign method and experience of research on fasteners in the vehicle-track-bridge coupling system were studied,and the basic principle and method of vehicle-track-bridge coupling were introduced and elaborated in the paper.The FEM model of simply supported box girder bridge and rail were established in ANSYS,this paper also elaborated the basic principle and method of Sub-structuring and the modeling of elastic body in multi-body dynamic system,then the natural vibration characteristic of the FEM model of rail and bridge were analyzed,and the elastic model of rail and bridge were established in SIMPACK.A multi-body dynamics model of a Metro vehicle was established in SIMPACK, and the nonlinear stability of the vehicle were analyzed.The paper proposed two kinds of vehicle-track-bridge coupling method:Flexible Track method and Rigid-flexible coupling method,and used a span of32m long beam bridge for example to verify the feasibility of two methods to each other,and decided to adopt Rigid-flexible coupling method which can consider the fastener link.The track in this paper is ballastless track with embed long sleeper,the vehicle-track on rigid foundation coupling model was established in which the track vibration absorber fastener system were modeled with force element,and the impact of vehicle running speed and fastening vertical stiffness on the dynamic characteristics of the rail and the vehicle was analyzed.The vehicle-track-bridge coupling model on three span simply supported girder bridge was established, the impact of the vertical and lateral stiffness and damping of track vibration absorber on the dynamic characteristics of the vehicle and the bridge was also analyzed,and some results were get in this paper which can provide a reference for the parameters design of the track vibration absorber.
