| With the development of the society,special devices become more and more complex and sophisticate,which puts forward higher requirements about means,measurement accuracy and data processing method of the industrial measurement,by the way,which is also a test for the special equipment installation measurement technology.However,for the special equipment installation measurement technology,there are still some problems,such as low efficiency,impacted by the construction of the environmen,and so on.For the above reasons,on the basis of the existing installation of special equipment on measurement technology,using free station measurement techno logy,this paper puts forward a total station polar coordinate measuring system.Therefore,the thesis includes mainly the following sapects:(1)For the insufficient of the measuring methods that are the control network of traditional special equipment installation,this paper puts forward a new method,which adopting the free station measuring technology to establish the control network of traditional special equipment installation,discussed the precision requirement of this control network,puts forward a new method to determine the three-dimensional benchmark of installation control network,and researched the measuring method and data processing of the installation control network.(2)For the insufficient of the traditional method of installation of special equipment monitoring and control,this paper puts forward a new method,which use free stationing method combining with polar coordinate measuring technology to install special equipment,researches the model of the free station adjustment and the accuracy evaluation methods,through the experimental research,explores the rationality of the half-bay free stationing technology,verifies the practical feasibility of the reflective sheet and three-dimensional polar coordinate measuring technology for monitoring and control of the installation of special equipment,and draws some useful conclusions.(3)The author uses the C#programming language to develop the free stadion adjustment software,based on the correlation algorithm,which not only can be freely set station adjustment process,it can also help users find the known points,which greatest impact on the accuracy of the station to the best accuracy.The above techniques guided the installation Of "earthquake earthquake simulation laboratory vibration test bed" for each type of panel,and made the better monitoring and control,which proves the correctness of the above research results. |
