Study On The Chemical Constituents Of Strophanthus Divaricatus And Croton Tiglium L.

This thesis consists of three chapters: the first chapter reviews the phorbol ester diterpenoids in croton and their biological activities;the second chapter is the chemical constituents of Strophanthus divaricatus;the third chapter is the chemical constituents of Croton tiglium.In the first chapter,the author reviewed the phorbol ester diterpenoids isolated from Croton tiglium and their biological activities.The chemical structures,names and references of these diterpenes were listed in detail.The second chapter discusses the research on the chemical constituents of Strophanthus divaricatus.Strophanthus divaricatus is a plant of the genus Strophanthus of the family Apocynaceae.It is a kind of traditional Chinese herbal medicine that is poisonous to the whole plant.It can cause diarrhea,vomiting and arrhythmia when eaten by mistake.Symptoms of poisoning.It can also be used to treat bruises,abscesses,polio sequelae and chronic heart failure.It is mainly distributed in southern China,such as Fujian,Guangdong and Taiwan,and is also slightly distributed in southern Yunnan.Comprehensive use of various modern separation methods,such as MCI,normal and reversed-phase silica gel column chromatography CC,gel column chromatography Sephadex LH-20 CC and semi-preparative high performance liquid HPLC,were used to separate and purify the methanol extract of Strophanthus divaricatus to yield 12 compounds,including cardiac glycosides,triterpenes,flavonoids and aliphatic chains,etc.Among them,compounds 2-11 were isolated from this plant for the first time.The third chapter discusses the chemical constituents of the branches and leaves of Croton tiglium.Croton tiglium is a plant of the genus Croton in the family Euphorbiaceae.It is hot in nature,acrid in taste,and highly toxic.Effect.In addition,it also plays an important role in the treatment of tuberculosis,carbuncle and swelling of ascites.Croton tiglium is mainly produced in Guangdong and Guangxi regions of my country,and is also slightly distributed in Yunnan and Hubei.The leaves,roots and seeds of Croton tiglium have medicinal value.The petroleum ether part and the ethyl acetate part of the 70% acetone-water extract of Croton tiglium were systematically separated and purified by using a variety of modern separation techniques.50 monomeric compounds,including diterpenes,steroids,coumarins,monophenyl rings and aliphatic chains,etc.Among them,compound 1-10 is a new compound,and compounds 1-10,15-17,23-28,35-37,41,46,and 48 are all isolated for the first time.
