| In the context of industrialization,there are subjective problems such as high energy consumption,high investment and high pollution,and objective problems such as the constraint of resource and environment endowment.Since the 1970 s,China began to introduce the concept of cleaner production,which applies preventive production strategy to the industrial production process.At the same time,cleaner production has become an inevitable trend of The Times,The 19 th National Congress put forward to develop cleaner production,accelerate the implementation of cleaner production in our country.However,due to a variety of subjective and objective conditions,there are great differences in the intensity and way of promoting cleaner production in different regions.So,exploring the differences and scientific measures of cleaner production levels among provinces in China,and analysing of possible spatial effects and other influencing factors can provide reference for promoting the development of cleaner production in China,realizing the goals of energy conservation and emission reduction in various regions,and formulating relevant laws and policies.Based on the comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign literature on cleaner production in China,the development process of cleaner production in China is summarized and sorted out,the development differences of different regions at the provincial level are compared,the development of cleaner production in typical provinces and cities are expounded,and the development trend of national and provincial regions can be analysed comprehensively.Through the input,production,emission and reuse of four aspects of the panel data indicators,the final calculation of China’s cleaner production level from 2005 to 2019 comprehensive index.Then the spatial econometric model is constructed to analyze the spatial effect and influencing factors of cleaner production level in China.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The overall level of cleaner production in China shows a significant upward trend,with the overall growth rate reaching 41.60% from 2005 to 2019.The eastern region has the lowest growth rate,but the base is high.There is little difference of the growth rate between the central region and the western region,and the overall level is lower than that of the eastern region,but the growth rate is much higher than the national average.(2)In terms of spatial distribution,The level of cleaner production in eastern,central and western China is developing imbalanced,showing a gradual decreasing pattern of eastern > central > western regions.Shandong province has the highest annual mean,and most of the provinces with higher annual mean are eastern coastal provinces,which radiate from the east to the central and western regions over time.(3)The level of cleaner production in China has a significant spatial effect,showing a significant positive spatial autocorrelation,that is,the level of cleaner production in a region is not only affected by its own factors,but also affected by its neighboring regions,which has a spatial aggregation effect.(4)Among the influencing factors,per capita GDP,number of high-tech enterprises,R&D Capital Cost,proportion of coal consumption,and proportion of secondary industry all have a significant positive effect,but the effect of patent application is not clearly.GDP per capita has the most significantly positive effect on cleaner production level,indicating that the development of cleaner production in local areas still needs to be supported by sufficient economic level.(5)based on the impact of clean production level influence factors on decomposition,can be concluded that per capita GDP,high-tech industrial companies,R&D spending,coal consumption accounted for,the second industry accounted for the five factors influencing not only can significantly promote the cleaner production level of the local,can indirectly promote the area around the level of clean production. |
