Porphyrin molecules have largeπ-πconjugation force,which is easy to aggregate in solution and affects the photoelectric properties of porphyrin;This paper attempts to connect porphyrins to polymer links in the form of covalent bonds,which can not only retain the mechanical properties and thermal stability of polymer materials,but also have the photoelectric properties of porphyrins and improve the availability of materials.The spinning field will not be polluted by static electricity,and the price is cheap.The spun fiber has a large specific surface area and can adsorb fine particles well.The electrospun fiber containing metalloporphyrin is easy to recycle and can be reused.The photocatalytic performance of metalloporphyrins is not affected.Therefore,electrospun fiber materials containing metalloporphyrins can be well applied to photocatalytic degradation of organic dyes.The research content of this paper includes the following aspects:1.Firstly,two porphyrin ligands with double bonds in side chains were synthesized by several steps.These porphyrins are 5-(4-methylacrylamide phenyl)-10,15,20-triphenylporphyrin and 5-(4-crotonamidephenyl)-10,15,20-triphenyl porphyrin.By adjusting the coordination metal ions,four different metalloporphyrin complexes were obtained.By copolymerizing metalloporphyrin complexes with methyl methacrylate(MMA),four copolymers of metalloporphyrin and polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA)were obtained:4-Zn/PMMA,4-Cu/PMMA,5-Zn/PMMA and 5-Cu/PMMA.The synthesized porphyrins,metalloporphyrins and metalloporphyrin/PMMA copolymers were characterized by MS,~1H NMR,UV-Vis and IR.The characterization results show that the target products have been synthesized successfully.2.Preparation of metalloporphyrin/PMMA polymer electrospun fiber materials.Using DMF as solvent,the prepared metalloporphyrin/PMMA copolymer was electrospinned into a porphyrinated PMMA electrospun fiber material with micro/nano three-dimensional structure and large specific surface area.The morphology of the composites was studied by Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM).The thermal stability and optical properties of electrospun fibers were studied by Thermogravimetric Analysis(TGA)and Fluorescence spectra(FL).3.Study on photocatalytic degradation of electrospun fiber materials.The influencing factors and catalytic activity of electrospun fiber materials for catalytic degradation of organic dyes were studied.The results showed that the copolymer electrospun fiber materials had good photocatalytic activity for methylene blue solution under xenon lamp,and higher catalytic efficiency were than PMMA electrospun fiber materials directly doped with metalloporphyrin.
