Flexible packaging production is an industry that can reflect the living standards of the Chinese people.The annual shipment volume and annual order volume of flexible packaging manufacturers can directly reflect the consumption level of the Chinese people,and it is one of the industries related to the lifeline of the national economy.With the change of people’s consumption concept and the improvement of living standards in recent years,people pay more and more attention to the quality assurance of product packaging,and people’s personalized needs are getting higher and higher.However,flexible packaging production is a typical short-cycle,small-batch,multi-variety discrete manufacturing enterprise,and product quality is affected by many aspects such as production processes,production methods and quality inspection methods.Faced with these problems,flexible packaging entrepreneurs are eager to innovate and develop a new generation of workshop manufacturing execution system(Manufacturing Execution System,MES)to make up for the deficiencies in the controlled applicability of customized MES systems.Taking MES from other discrete industries as a reference,and the product processing process of flexible packaging enterprises as the main research route,this thesis designs and studies the general MES system in the industry,mainly showing the unique advantages of the general MES system in quality control in the production process of flexible packaging products.The article first conducts a comprehensive analysis of the quality control of the existing MES system at home and abroad.According to the production status of my country’s flexible packaging industry,focusing on the basic research on the production process,it analyzes the current development trend of the MES system in the entire industry,and determines the MES system in the entire industry.According to the positioning of the industry,a research and deployment of a comprehensive quality control strategy for production process products is proposed.The quality control of the entire flexible packaging production process is driven by the production work order and the quality inspection work order to form a multi-process product micro-manufacturing service,which solves many quality problems in the product production process when the production process is complicated.In terms of data transmission of software and hardware,this thesis proposes to solve the problem of non-coordinated data of production equipment,quality inspection equipment and MES system,so as to avoid the occurrence of production data loss and quality data defect.,In addition,this thesis proposes a variety of quality inspection schemes applied to flexible packaging,which can be selected and matched according to the specific product production process to achieve high controllability of product quality.Finally,considering that the traditional monolithic architecture production process management and control system has poor scalability and difficult maintenance,it cannot quickly respond to changes in enterprise business processes and system reloading.In this thesis,a micro-service architecture is used to build a flexible packaging product production process management and control platform,and the key technologies of the platform are studied.
