Application Of Wipe With Raw Lacquer In Wooden-cored Lacquering

This paper is about the application of wipe with raw lacquer in wooden-cored lacquering,using the research method of knowledge reserve and experience summary.The wipe process is one of the lacquering Technology,which is to polish,wipe,dry and sand the paint on the surface of the wood rough for many times until a warm and transparent coating is formed on the surface of the body.The wipe process is different from the traditional lacquering techniques to cover the effect of the wood,but stand out the material and texture of fetal wood.Painted utensils can not only make the body have the unique texture and feel of lacquering,but also outstanding the texture of the material itself by strengthening some mechanisms of the wood rough,so as to improve the aesthetic value of practical utensils.This thesis expounds the parallel relationship between wood tire and lacquering,the factors affecting the effect of lacquering,and the material,element and change of painted wood from three parts: creative basis,experimental process and creative consciousness.The first part is the creation basis: the parallel relationship between wood tire and lacquering,which includes the elaboration of the relationship between the exterior and interior of wood tire and paint and the summary of the embodiment of the parallel relationship in the process;The second part is the experimental process: the factors affecting the lacquer wiping effect are discussed from three aspects: the characteristics of raw lacquer,wood properties and grinding degree;The third part is the creative consciousness: the material,element and change of wipe with raw lacquer in wooden-cored lacquering are the beauty of material,the elegance of element and the cleverness of change.I summarize and refine my creative consciousness from the three aspects of material,texture and change.The significance of this treatise is to explore the rich effect and possibility of the combination of wood and lacquering technology by using different kinds of wood tires at home and abroad;Expand the selection of wood tire varieties in lacquer art;Sort out the process of wipe lacquering technology,and sort out various attempts and experiences of combining lacquering technology with wood tire production;Through experiments,the factors affecting the final effect in the lacquering process are summarized;Observe and record the surface changes and similarities and differences of objects in the process of lacquering with electron microscope;This paper discusses the ideological changes and emotions of craftsmen in the process of handicrafts.It is hoped that it can provide a useful supplement to the integration of traditional technology into contemporary living space and the diversity of lacquer wood effect.
