| The world’s attitude to climate change was reignited after China announced its goal of "peak carbon and carbon neutral" in September 2020.China has become the innovator,practitioner and leader of low-carbon green in the world.In China,the total carbon dioxide emissions from the construction sector have increased from 1.354 billion TEC in 2009 to 2.126 billion TEC in 2018,an increase of about 57.02%.The situation of energy use in the construction sector is still very serious."Carbon peak,carbon neutral" has become a hot word in network media in recent years,and it is also the focus of the whole society.As a typical representative of green building,prefabricated building is also a key step to realize low carbonization of building.At present,there are few accounting studies on carbon emission of its physical and chemical stage.Measurement method is the most accurate way to calculate building carbon emissions,but due to the high cost and the measurement must be done in the process of the stage,it cannot achieve the purpose of prediction in advance.Based on the domestic and foreign research on the influencing factors of carbon emission in the field of construction and the calculation of carbon emission in the whole life cycle of construction,this paper selects the accounting standard suitable for this study according to the similarities and differences of different accounting standards.The data and carbon emission factor database required by the case study were collected,and carbon emission accounting models of different stages were constructed.Carbon emission factor method to tsinghua garden in hefei a phase of a building with the research object,the chemical phase of the prefabricated construction project phases in carbon emissions accounting research,and screening,the results of calculation out out of carbon emissions is small carbon source(results negligible carbon source),stages of physicochemical phase carbon emissions,Rank the carbon emissions of different carbon emission sources by stages from largest to smallest.According to the analysis of the obtained accounting results,the accounting results show that the carbon emissions in the physical and chemical stage of assembly buildings mainly come from the production stage of building materials(87.63%)and the transportation stage(12.07%).Starting from different participants,the low-carbon path suitable for the physical and chemical stage of prefabricated buildings is proposed.Thus reducing the production of carbon emissions.In this paper,the carbon emissions of the carbon emission sources involved in the physical and chemical stages of the assembly building are calculated and ranked according to the specific project example.It is helpful to control and prevent carbon emission sources with large carbon emissions in the early stage;Transportation stage,to provide the basis for selecting reasonable transportation equipment;In the assembly construction stage,reduce the waste of building materials with large carbon emissions.It provides a theoretical basis for government departments to formulate special plans on climate change and formulate "carbon peak" action plan.Figure [10] Table [18] Reference [51]... |
