The explosion event which is caused by excessive gas concentration is one of thebiggest reasons caused the mine disaster. Only the gas concentration in the mine, aswell as the humidity and temperature and other environmental information timely aremastered in order to guarantee the safety of mine work environment. Thecomprehensive construction of green, energy saving, safe and harmonious society, thecoal mine safety work has increasingly become a hot issue of public concern, to buildan intelligent mine safety monitoring system is one of the important areas of currentwireless sensor network applicationsFirst, the design for coal mine environmental sensing network structure model.View of the mine roadway is complicated in structure, a roadway against cabletransmission deployment, puts forward the underground wireless sensor networksystem, according to the sensing network work demand, different of sensor nodeclassification division. Based on the underground wireless sensor network, gives thereasonable coal mine safety monitoring system structure, the design is the mainsystem framework.Second, design routing algorithm. The paper proposes the points cluster typewireless router based on the underground wireless sensor network characteristics.According to LEACH of routers use of the question of short life cycle, this paper proposes an improved algorithm LREMC routing protocol. The improved algorithmcombined with neighbor routing and residual energy information, optimize the routingcluster head choice, equilibrium routing network energy use, acceleration data fusion, improving the routing used life cycle.Third, this paper completes the algorithm performance test and the simulationapplication. It s mainly to the improvement of LREMC routing protocol and thetraditional LEACH clustering routing protocol through the simulation resultscompared to verify the performance of the algorithm. The content mainly includes thenetwork cluster head nodes within the cluster scale, proportion, fixed nodes within thecluster fixed nodes distribution, network survival time, network energy consumptionsimulation research. The simulation results show that the improved LREMCagreement can be a greater degree of prolong the network life cycle, and at the sametime, less consumption of energy. At last, through actual application testing to verifythe improved routing wireless sensor system of coal mine the effectiveness of thedetection system.
