Closely spaced parallel runways have the advantages of large capacity and flexible operation.In order to alleviate the contradiction between the growth of flights and the saturation of airport capacity,six large airports in China have built closely spaced parallel runways.However,the operation mode of domestic closely spaced parallel runways is conservative,and the wake interval in the departure peak period can only be implemented according to a single runway,which is easy to cause flight congestion.As a new operation mode of closely spaced parallel runways,paired departure can greatly reduce the departure wake interval,improve departure efficiency and airport capacity,and give full play to the technical advantages of closely spaced parallel runways.However,the paired departure mode does not have a mature operating system,and its operating conditions and wake safety interval need to be further evaluated and improved.In this thesis,the safe operating conditions and wake interval of paired departure mode are studied based on CFD numerical simulation method.The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,the research progress of paired departure,departure wake interval,wake numerical simulation and parallel runway departure operation mode are introduced.The concept,operation process and influencing factors of paired departure mode are analyzed emphatically.Secondly,the generation and evolution mechanism of wake is studied,and the evolution characteristics of near-earth wake and the wake resistance ability of rear aircraft wake are analyzed.Based on this,the risk of wake encounter in paired departure mode is analyzed,and a paired departure safety interval model is constructed.Then,a CFD based numerical simulation method of aircraft wake was established,including pre-processing of aircraft wake simulation model,numerical simulation of wake flow field and post-processing of results,which laid a foundation for the study of wake diffusion in paired departure mode.Finally,the safety interval model is combined with the numerical simulation method of aircraft wake,and the paired safe departure interval calculation method is established.Taking Shanghai Hongqiao Airport as an example,the safe operation conditions and wake intervals of Shanghai Hongqiao Airport under paired departure mode were determined by introducing the numerical simulation results of typical aircraft combinations into the safety interval model,and some safety suggestions were put forward for the paired departure mode.
