| As the key to mine production,the operating performance and reliability of mine hoist is of great importance.Once any accident happens,it will lead to the damages to equipment,even serious casualties,which affect the security of the entire mine production.At present,the most of mine hoist system adjust speed by the input and removal of resistors in series to rotor circuits.Although the equipment operation is simple and the initial investment is not enormous relatively,this control mode lead to excessive energy consumption,mechanical and electrical shock,meanwhile, the speed performance is also limited.It cannot be carried out to satisfy the process of real-time monitoring and safety production standard.As the rapid development of electronic technology and automatics,variable-frequency drive with programmable logic controller which have proven its excellent powering-saving and speed features are gradually replacing the motor speed control system of rotor resistance.Based on the research about auxiliary shaft of "Jiahe" colliery,this paper completed the simulation of mine hoist control system and the design of hardware and software of speed regulation.The work focus on the configurations of hardware;the ladder programming;the debugging and simulation of speed regulation system;the project of supervisory control and configuration;the design of user-friendly interface(HMI);the system communication;the parameter setting of variable-frequency drive and so on.This design uses SIEMENS S7-300 programmable logic controller and MM 420 to achieve the control strategy and the s-type velocity curve.The simulation of ladder diagram is carried out through the PLCSIM.Host computer uses the WINCC configuration monitoring software to acquire the system parameters,the perception of the operational status of the hoist well bore in real time.On the whole,the design of variable frequency speed regulation control system of mine hoist basically realize the requirements. |
