At present,the rapid development of the chemical industry has enriched people’s material life.As chemicals continue to benefit mankind,chlorine is a widely used hazardous chemical and will have greater adverse effects in the production process.Due to the toxic and harmful characteristics of chlorine,it will directly cause major property losses and casualties after major safety accidents.Therefore,the research on chlorine leakage and diffusion accidents is particularly important,which has certain scientific theoretical guidance and practical significance for the prevention and treatment of chlorine leakage and diffusion accidents and emergency rescue disasters.In the chlorine leakage accident,the diffusion of gas cloud is affected by many factors,and the diffusion process is very complicated.Due to the strong toxicity of chlorine,the factors that affect the gas cloud diffusion in the field test are random and costly,so this topic chooses a numerical simulation method to study the law of chlorine leakage and diffusion.The research topic of this paper is based on the FLACS software to simulate and analyze the leakage and diffusion of chlorine caused by cracks and gaps in the chlorine transmission pipeline,summarize the law of chlorine diffusion,and obtain the data of chlorine diffusion in multiple scenarios,which is the Beidou + gas detector.The layout provides a theoretical basis.The main research work of this subject is as follows: First,it briefly summarizes the research status of toxic gas leakage and diffusion at home and abroad,compares the advantages and disadvantages of different research methods and their feasibility,and selects numerical simulation methods based on their actual conditions.Establish a three-dimensional model based on the chlorine transportation pipeline and its surrounding environment,divide the grid,and establish a collection of gas leakage scenarios including leakage rate,leakage direction,and environmental wind speed.Use the computational fluid dynamics software FLACS to analyze the chlorine leakage and diffusion process A simulation was performed,focusing on the effects of diffusion range,chlorine concentration after diffusion,and emergency response time.According to relevant national standards,gas detectors must be installed near hazardous gas storage tanks and key installations.However,in the case of meeting the standards,the gas detector site selection program can efficiently detect leakage accidents and contain the occurrence of major accidents.In-depth research is still needed.Therefore,based on the law of chlorine leakage and diffusion,and systematically quantify the overall risk of the plant area,the layout plan of Beidou + gas detectors is discussed.Based on the multi-scene gas diffusion data,the minimum detection time is the goal,and the number of detectors,the arrangement position,and the constraint radius are the constraints.The multi-objective planning model of the gas detector is established,and the particle swarm algorithm is used to solve the problem.The final plan for the optimal layout of regional gas detectors.
