In the actual production and life,usually run into tiny leakage of liquid(or gas),due to the small amount of leakage,liquid visco Sity and surface ten Sion of the working medium,leaks so complex and irregular,placing sensors available space is narrow,the need to monitor the leak point of the influence of many factors,such as,the leakage is very difficult to measure.Once the leakage under the initial failure can not be found in time,it may cause further deterioration,leading to the final development of leakage into a short time of large-scale leakage,cau Sing serious threats and even damage.Therefore,in view of the above problems,de Signed a set of leakage real-time online monitoring system,and studied the relevant leakage source location algorithm for the system.From the point of view of non-contact measurement,the measured leaking working fluid can be a liquid working fluid containing some volatile substances or a pure gas leak.The experimental Simulation leakage working fluid is No.65 coolant,which contains VOC gas glycol,etc.,so this paper adopts VOC gas detection method to realize leak measurement.First of all,in view of the narrow measurement space and special shape of the complex drawer structure,this paper adopts flexible circuit technology,and the structure is integrated with the special-shaped de Sign,and is closely integrated.It can not only meet the functional requirements of electronic equipment and the installation requirements of special structures,but also take into account.Environmental performance of temperature and humidity re Sistance and electromagnetic compatibility performance.Secondly,the leakage working fluid diffusion mechanism and the leakage gas diffusion concentration gradient positioning algorithm are studied.Since the actual leakage points may be distributed in dense areas,it is difficult to accurately determine which is the leakage point.According to the regularly arranged measuring point data and models obtained by the sensor array group,a gas diffusion model in a relatively confined space is established,and the model and algorithm established according to the concentration distribution gradient are used to obtain the most likely leak point.Finally,real-time online leakage monitoring is realized through the visual interface of the host computer,and the user interface of the host computer can intuitively reflect the location and status of the corresponding leakage point.Through experimental tests,the real-time online leakage monitoring system de Signed in this paper realizes non-contact measurement,trace level leakage measurement,rapid response,precise po Sitioning and other functions in a complex drawer-type narrow space,which provides a practical way to quickly troubleshoot leaks.Chemical detection methods have enriched the research direction of measurement methods and have important practical Significance.In other scenarios such as military facilities,chemical,industrial,and environmental monitoring where there is a risk of liquid or gas leakage,the above-mentioned technology is a broad and urgent general test requirement.
