| In recent years,public health emergencies have become the focus of attention of people and society.The normal teaching and order of colleges and universities has increasingly affected the society.In the face of public health emergencies,whether colleges and universities are capable of responding to emergencies has been widely spread focus on.In the daily management of colleges and universities,especially in the external environment such as the outbreak of the new crown epidemic,college restaurants have become one of the most likely places for students to gather and contagion.Therefore,it is very important to scientifically control the restaurants to reduce the possibility of virus infection and improve the emergency response capabilities of colleges and universities.necessary.On the basis of reading and sorting out relevant literature,we conducted a field investigation on the status quo of the restaurants in H University,including the current layout and flow of people,collected the flow of students in the functional areas of the restaurants,and carried out data statistics and analysis on the status quo,according to the epidemic prevention and control Basic requirements and restaurant service requirements under the normalized management of the epidemic.From the perspective of the restaurant service system in colleges and universities under the sudden epidemic,the layout of the restaurant’s functional areas,the student dining process,and the restaurant’s teacher and student flow control are designed.The layout of the restaurant’s functional areas is combined with the dining process of students,combined with the investigation of the number of students in each functional area of the restaurant,to determine the movement rules of students in the restaurant,For the purpose of reducing the reciprocation and contact of students in the restaurant,Genetic algorithm is used to optimize the layout of the restaurant.To reduce the possibility of cross-infection among students in the restaurant;in terms of queuing in the restaurant,taking into account the background of sudden infectious epidemics,in order to ensure the safety of students’ meals,to reduce the waiting in the restaurant for the purpose of staggered dining.Dining in the restaurant should be seated in the same direction with a line interval of one meter.In order to avoid the occurrence of a peak in the flow of dining due to the same time of students’ end of get out of class and after the restaurant reaches its capacity,it causes a large number of students to queue up.the Anylogic is used to establish a process simulation model to solve the optimal peak shift time and eat at the appropriate link pressure.The optimization plan and measures of the college restaurant service system provide ideas for college emergency management in the case of a contagious epidemic. |
