| As progress of mankind and the increasing development of science and technology,the problems of energy shortage and environmental pollution have become more and more serious.It has become the goal of chemists to seek and develop synthesis methods with mild,green,efficient and simple to operate systems.Visible light is used as a sustainable clean energy.In recent years,the simplicity,economy,and environmental friendliness of visible light photocatalysis technology have received extensive attention from chemists.At the same time,visible light photocatalysis is also a valuable tool for building complex molecules.Deuteration reactions are usually widely used in the fields of medicinal chemistry,mechanism research and quantitative analysis,and therefore,they have aroused widespread interest in the field of organic synthesis.Generally cheap and easily available deuterium water as the deuterium source.In recent years,photocatalytic deuteration with mild reaction conditions and good selectivities,has become a valuable deuteration method in medical synthesis.Benzimidazole scaffolds are mostly found in medical molecules and are important structural fragments that constitute natural products and biologically active molecules.Because of their wide application in many fields such as antibacterial compounds,anthelmintics and antipsychotics,as well as antiulcer and anticancer drugs,benzimidazoles have received considerable attention.This thesis takes"Visible Light-Induced Oxidation of Sulfhydryl Compounds With Molecular Oxygen"as the theme,and the main research is:(1)Using 2-mercaptobenzimidazole as the raw material,the visible light-induced sulfhydryl oxidative desulfurization reaction was realized for the first time.(2)Taking mercapto compounds and epoxy compounds as starting materials,under the induction of visible light,using oxygen as an oxidant,the mercapto compounds and epoxy compounds undergo ring-opening reaction and oxidation to obtainβ-hydroxy sulfoxide.The specific content is as follows:1.This article develops a visible light-induced sulfhydryl oxidation desulfurization reaction.This reaction uses 2-mercaptobenzimidazole as a raw material,Rose Bengal as a photocatalyst,Na Cl as an additive,Add the right amount of H2O(D2O),and an oxygen atmosphere to obtain benzimidazole(deuterated benzimidazole)products in high yield.The reaction has the characteristics of mild conditions,and wide substrate scope.2.This paper develops a visible light-induced non-transition metal-catalyzed ring-opening of aryl thiophenol and epoxy compounds to form thioether,and oxygen further oxidizes the thioether to sulfoxide.The method uses arylthiophenol and epoxy compounds as raw materials,Rose Bengal as a photocatalyst,LDA as an additive,resulting in a series of sulfoxide compounds.The reaction has the characteristics of mild conditions,green and sustainable. |
