Feasibility Study On Medical Waste Disposal In JiNan

With the concept of environmental protection deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,and the vigorous development of health services in China,medical waste disposal has increasingly become one of the topics of concern.In this paper,Jinan medical waste disposal as a case,the feasibility study.Firstly,this paper analyzes the feasibility of medical waste disposal market and demand in Jinan from five aspects: the output and composition of medical waste in Jinan,the scale of medical waste disposal project in Jinan,the site of medical waste disposal in Jinan,the investigation of medical waste disposal technology and the collection,transportation and storage of medical waste.Secondly,the feasibility of medical waste disposal technology in Jinan is analyzed from seven aspects: overview of incineration treatment,selection principle of incineration process,comparison of incinerator process,design of incineration treatment process,flue gas purification treatment system,ash collection and treatment system and stabilization / solidification treatment.Finally,through investment analysis,hard cost analysis,sensitivity analysis,payback period of investment and uncertainty analysis This paper analyzes the economic feasibility of medical waste disposal in Jinan from six aspects: qualitative analysis and financial evaluation index analysis.Through the detailed analysis of demand feasibility,technical feasibility and economic feasibility,the conclusion is that the medical waste disposal in Jinan is feasible in terms of comprehensive evaluation,social benefit evaluation and economic benefit.Suggestions for related work are put forward: first,the project construction should be designed,constructed and put into operation at the same time with environmental protection measures.Second,pay full attention to the ash collection measures,strictly implement the designed collection method,and prevent the dust emission from polluting the ambient air.Third,enterprises should strengthen environmental management and improve the environmental awareness of all employees.Fourth,the construction unit should timely report the project protection distance to the competent department of the city for the record,so as to ensure that sensitive targets will not be built within the protection distance.Fifthly,we should do a good job in production safety during the operation period,strengthen the management of safety,fire protection and environmental protection,strengthen daily supervision and inspection,establish safety inspection and operation management system of purification devices,and improve the environmental protection awareness of all employees,so as to achieve the goal of sustainable development.
