| Prussian blue(PB)and Prussian blue analogues(PBAs)are the most commonly used electrode modification materials.The modified electrodes have been used to construct electrochemical sensors for clinical,environmental and food analysis.PB/GCE or PBAs/GCE can be used for electrochemical detection of small biolog ical molecules.With the development of material synthesis methods,the electrochemical properties and stability of PB and PBAs modified electrodes,such as electrocatalytic activity,have been improved by improving the preparation methods to improve their analytical and testing performance,and the application of PB and PBAs in electrochemical sensors has become a research hotspot.Organic polymers play an important role in the synthesis of PB and PBAs.The addition of organic polymers can effectively regulate the morphology and micro components of the materials,and then improve the electrochemical performance of the materials.In this paper,P B and PBAs were synthesized by simple chemical synthesis method with organic polymer.The GCE modified by PB and PBAs was studied for the detection of L-ascorbic acid,L-cysteine and glucose.PB nanoparticles with regular shape and side length of about 11.9 nm were synthesized by using potassium hexacyanoferrate trihydrate and Nafion perfluorosulfonic acid resin solution.PB nanoparticles were loaded on GCE for the analysis of L-ascorbic acid.The current response at 0.24 V was linear with the concentration of L-ascorbic acid.Based on this,a rapid method for the determination of L-ascorbic acid was established.The linear range was 1~1100μM and the detection limit was 0.47×10-6 M.The sensor has a good current response to L-ascorbic acid,the response time is less than 5 s,and the sensitivity is 20.58μA/(m M×cm2)。The relative standard deviations of vitamin C chewable tablets and vitamin C effervescent tablets were 0.02 and 0.03,respectively.Polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)and potassium ferricyanide were used to synthesize PB in 1M hydrochloric acid solution.The PB was loaded on GCE for the analysis of L-cysteine.The electrochemical analysis performance of PB with PVP is better than that of PB without PVP.The PB synthesized with 5 g PVP was selected for the electrochemical analysis of L-cysteine.When the constant potential is 0.65 V,the current response value is linear with the concentration of L-cysteine.Based on this,rapid detection of L-cysteine was introduced.The linear range of detection is 10~120μM,and the detection limit is 0.5×10-6 M.The response time is less than 3s and a sensitivity of 52.8μA/(m M×cm2)。Cobalt doped Prussian blue analogue(CoFe PBA)was synthesized by polyethylene glycol(PEG),cobalt acetate tetrahydrate and potassium ferricyanide.It was loaded on GCE for glucose analysis.The electrochemical performance of CoFe PBA with PEG was better than that of CoFe PBA without PEG.CoFe PBA with 9 g PEG was selected for electrochemical analysis of glucose,and the response current had a good linear relationship with glucose concentration.The linear range of detection is 20~200μM,the detection limit is 1.7×10-6 M,the response time is less than 3S,and the sensitivity is 346μA/(m M×cm2)。... |
