Research On The Construction Of Rural Human Settlement Environment In Jizhou District Based On Ecological Concept

Since the reform and opening up,my country’s social economy has undergone profound changes.The economic system has been gradually established and improved,and the level of urban construction has been upgraded and developed with high quality.Creating a beautiful rural human settlement environment is one of the important goals of rural governance.In the context of the rural revitalization strategy,the country began to advocate a sustainable development path,and began to integrate ecological concepts into the construction of rural human settlements,creating a more natural ecological landscape,solving the contradiction between man and nature,and promoting the harmonious coexistence of man and nature.This paper studies the rural human settlement environment in Jizhou District,Tianjin.The main research contents are as follows:On the basis of consulting a large number of domestic and foreign related documents and excellent cases,a field survey was conducted on the current status of the human settlements in6 different types of villages in Jizhou District,Zhuanwayao,Guojiagou,Tielingzi,Chengjiazhuang,and Zhonghou Street.There is a large gap in the construction of human settlements between villages: the better the tourism development,the higher the air quality in the village,the better the plant landscape effect,and vice versa;the lack of uniform architectural style,the weak expression of regional culture;incomplete infrastructure;The rural aging is serious,the village cadres lack a leading role,the villagers lack the awareness of ecological civilization,and their enthusiasm is low.Second,use the analytic hierarchy process to construct a comprehensive evaluation system for the rural human settlement environment in Jizhou District from 4 aspects of ecological environment,living environment,infrastructure,community governance and 16 evaluation factors,to obtain the evaluation index weights and their importance rankings.The results show that a good ecological environment is the foundation of human survival and health,and the quality of the ecological environment directly determines the quality of life of the villagers.When proposing countermeasures for the construction of rural human settlements in Jizhou District,the forest coverage of the ecological environment should be given priority,and environmental sanitation,road traffic,and the ability of grassroots cadres should be listed as key governance content.Finally,the surveyed villages are comprehensively sorted and classified: Guojiagou is subordinate to the first level;Zhuanwayao,Tielingzi,and Guanchang are subordinate to the second level;Chengjiazhuang and Zhonghoujie are subordinate to the third level,and the overall living environment of Jizhou District’s rural areas is average.Third,on the basis of ecological concepts,it analyzes the problems of the human settlement environment of different types of villages in Jizhou District and puts forward the following suggestions: As a demonstration village of Jizhou District’s human settlement environment construction,the villages with good living environment quality should be On the basis of maintaining the current good living environment,we should continue to improve and make progress,carry out ecological rural publicity and education to villagers,increase the frequency of organizing villagers’ cultural and entertainment activities,and enrich the lives of villagers;villages with average living environment quality should make up for their shortcomings.Find out the gap with villages with good living environment quality,and come up with new effective governance plans;villages with poor living environment are more problematic,because they do not have good geographical advantages,economic development is more difficult,so you can propose some targeted The preferential policy of returning home to start a business attracts some young people with higher academic qualifications to transform on the original basis to maximize the upgrading of the village’s living environment.Fourth,draw on domestic excellent cases and the successful experience of the investigated villages to upgrade and transform Tielingzi Village,Luozhuangzi Town,Jizhou District.
