With the development of economic globalization and information technology,the relationship between enterprises is becoming closer and closer,and the division of labor of enterprises in the industrial chain is becoming more and more detailed.Due to the limitations of technology,capital and scale of enterprises,the medium and high value-added links in the industrial chain are often occupied by specific enterprises for a long time.There are many factors that affect enterprise value creation,such as enterprise strategic decision-making,management methods,etc.This paper chooses the perspective of industrial chain to study enterprise value creation,because compared with the value created by the complete industrial chain formed by the whole enterprise and its upstream and downstream industries,the value created by a single product or a single market segment is no longer powerful attractive force.The rise of "beauty economy" and the improvement of medical beauty penetration have driven the development of many enterprises in the hyaluronic acid industry.Among them,Huaxi bio,a hyaluronic acid enterprise,has formed a complete industrial chain covering hyaluronic acid raw materials and related end products,and enjoys a certain popularity in the industry.Therefore,this paper chooses Huaxi biological industrial chain layout as the perspective to study whether the enterprise can carry out the industrial chain layout and how to use the industrial chain layout to better create value.The paper is divided into three parts.The first part is the theoretical basis of this paper,through the analysis of industrial chain,synergy effect,value creation and other related theories,the path diagram of value creation through industrial chain layout is obtained,which can be used to guide the subsequent writing of this paper.The second part is the case analysis.Firstly,it introduces the background of Huaxi bio as a leading enterprise in the hyaluronic acid industry,and analyzes the reasons for its industrial chain layout from the perspective of the added value of products in the middle and lower reaches of the hyaluronic acid industry chain and the market demand.Then it introduces the formation process of Huaxi bio’s current complete industrial chain,and describes the upstream,middle and lower reaches of the company’s industrial chain in detail;Then it introduces the industrial chain layout of Huaxi bio from the vertical and horizontal perspectives,that is,how the company from the upstream of the hyaluronic acid industrial chain enterprises to enter the middle and downstream to complete the industrial chain layout,and analyzes the competitiveness formed by its industrial chain layout;after analyzing the competitive advantages formed by the layout of the industrial chain,combined with the views of scholars,it constructs the price chain of this paper Value creation evaluation system,which analyzes the performance and level of enterprise value creation from the perspective of the development of all aspects of the enterprise itself and the comparison with the enterprises in the same industry.The development of the enterprise itself mainly refers to the changes of the company’s network resource capacity,stock price changes,etc.The selected enterprises in the same industry are similar to Huaxi biological industry,but they do not have the same status For the enterprises without complete industrial chain layout,the paper analyzes the key elements of value creation of Huaxi bio industrial chain layout,so as to analyze the applicability of general enterprise layout of industrial chain.The third part is the research conclusions and suggestions of this paper.There are three conclusions in this paper: first,Huaxi biology has created more value through the upstream and downstream linkage of the industrial chain;second,Huaxi biology has strong market competitiveness but has not reached the top level of the industry;third,the industrial chain layout mode has gradually opened up,and Huaxi biology and the same industry have developed rapidly The gap between enterprises will make Huaxi bio’s competitive advantage more obvious.Finally,three suggestions are put forward to improve the value creation ability of enterprises based on the perspective of industrial chain: first,enterprises with industrial chain layout have and maintain internal core advantages,so as to ensure the realization of sustainable value creation;Second,enterprise value creation requires that both upstream and downstream of the industrial chain should be taken into consideration;third,the management and control ability of enterprises should be improved to promote the sustainable development of the complete industrial chain,so as to promote the sustainable development of enterprises implementing the industrial chain layout.
