Along with the rapid development of modern industry,the spike in the number and variety of chemicals present trend,at the same time in the production,storage and transportation,due to human or other factors,led to chemical leakage accident occurred frequently,and toxic gas leakage is one of the most common chemicals leakage accident,however still exist when dealing with such accident emergency rescue preplan of loss and accident rescue linkage ability is insufficient,and emerging technology applications such as less problem.Taking Skyline as the technical platform,this paper uses Gaussian diffusion model and WebGIS integrated technology to construct the gas leakage accident emergency rescue integrated management system,which provides intelligent,scientific and visual management for the formulation of emergency plan and emergency decision to a certain extent.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)By combining the advantages of Gaussian smoke mass and plume model,the plume model is approximated by the continuous leakage smoke mass model,and the continuous simulation of the influence range of toxic gas diffusion at any moment is realized.Meanwhile,parameters such as height and wind speed in the model are optimized by DEM data,so that the simulation results are more consistent with the actual situation.(2)According to the actual situation of evacuation path planning needs,for the selection of evacuation path,the corresponding constraint conditions are designed and put forward.By calculating the cumulative value of the gas load on the evacuation path,and using the Probit model to evaluate the death probability of evacuation personnel,the reasonable planning of evacuation path is finally realized.(3)For emergency rescue of the path planning,this paper puts forward the inspiration function time type,with the introduction of road congestion index,to improve the A* algorithm,using the core of the tabu search algorithm and global controller to optimize the path of emergency rescue,considering both the rescue centre of rescue forces of supply and demand relationship with temporary shelters,established A distribution center-more supplies demand more rescue method system,using table operation method and optimization strategy of saving algorithm combining the transportation for the distribution of the rescue forces,so as to realize the comprehensive control of the emergency rescue forces.(4)By superimposing the gas influence range and the three-dimensional scene model,the statistics and analysis of the affected population information within the gas influence range are completed with the help of GIS spatial analysis technology.Using the above research results and combined with WebGIS technology and Skyline platform,designed and developed gas leakage accident emergency rescue integrated management system,realized the gas diffusion of three-dimensional real-time dynamic simulation,the evacuation and rescue path planning,comprehensive control and emergency rescue force affected population statistical analysis,and other functions,to the scene of the rescue and evacuation decision makers of comprehensive control has a certain guiding significance.The paper has 42 pictures,30 tables,and 68 references. |
