With the rapid development of oil pipelines,pipeline leakage has become an important issue at home and abroad.Leakage of pipelines will not only result in waste of resources,but also lead to serious consequences such as fire,casualties,and environmental pollution,as well as huge economic losses.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to conduct oil pipeline leak detection technology.In this paper,the dynamic model pressure distribution method is adopted to analyze the leakage of the leaking pipeline through the analysis of the actual pressure distribution deviation between the actual pipeline and the simulated pipeline simulation.Firstly,by establishing the pipeline simulation model and using the method of character line to numerically solve the model,the pressure distribution along the simulation pipeline can be obtained.Secondly,the pipeline dynamic model was established through the pipeline network simulation software PNS to simulate different leakage conditions,and the variation law of pressure distribution along the pipeline under different leakage conditions was obtained,which established the theoretical basis for the realization of leakage detection and positioning technology.Thirdly,through the Java language,the dynamic model pressure distribution leakage detection method is programmed,and the positioning of the leakage is realized.The software can realize the simulation modeling and operation of the pipeline,and establish the data interface to establish the connection with the actual pipeline operation data.Leak detection and positioning are performed by comparing simulation-actual pressure distribution deviations.Finally,the accuracy of the leak detection software simulation was verified through the looped pipe network experiment,and the positioning accuracy of the software was verified through the laboratory pipe.Finally,after the error analysis,the software's leak detection and positioning function was evaluated.
