Robust statistical theory is an active research field in statistics,and it is the perfection and supplement to traditional statistical methods.In our practical application,if the statistical method is to have good performance,the following conditions must be met:first,the conditions on which the method is based must meet the conditions required in the actual problem;can exist.But in fact,it is difficult to satisfy the above two points at the same time.For example,when the statistical method was proposed,it was originally based on the assumption that the population distribution was normal distribution,but in fact the population distribution will slightly deviate from the normal distribution,or when the observation There are abnormal data in the data,etc.If the statistical method used still has good performance under such strict conditions,the statistical method can be considered to be robust.It is worth noting that although robust statistical methods have been deeply studied and widely used,it is still a meaningful and challenging task to extend robust statistics,an effective statistical inference theory,to mixed-effects model theory.work.This dissertation intends to study robust statistical inference theory under the framework of orthogonal projection theory,and to propose robust statistical methods for mixed-effects models.On the basis of proposing a robust statistical method suitable for the mixed effect model,the statistical method is used to analyze and study the influencing factors of wastewater treatment in my country.The final results can show that the cumulative investment,industrial added value,urbanization and Factors such as process and environmental protection policies are all directly influencing factors in the field of wastewater treatment in my country.Judging from the reality of wastewater treatment,although my country has mentioned it in relevant policies,the progress is relatively slow and the effect is not very good.Entering the "14th Five-Year Plan" period,in order to comprehensively strengthen the construction of ecological civilization and adhere to the new path of Chinese-style modernization,the improvement of the living environment with wastewater treatment as an important content has attracted great attention.In the future,wastewater treatment will still be the improvement of the living environment.top priority at work.
