The Study On The Influencing Factors Of Air Pollution In Jiangsu Province

In recent years,due to the development of urbanization and industrialization,China's economic grows rapidly.But many serious problems are revealed gradually.Industrial emissions,the burning of fossil fuels,motor vehicle exhaust emissions and other factors lead to worsening air quality,people's health,life and work have caused bad influence.Air pollution has become a hot topic of common concern to the government and people,and needs to be explored and solved.Jiangsu province is located in the Yangtze river delta,which is the combining site "T"type of development strategy of China's development and coastal development.But the economy growth at the expense of the environment to some extent,relying too much on economic structure which is given priority to with coal fossil fuels,the intensity of human activities and pollution emissions intensity per unit area are high,the environmental protection work is still in the "heavy" go on stage.At present,many scholars at home and abroad made a lot of researches on atmospheric pollution,but most of them focus on the climate characteristics and the causes of air pollution and atmospheric particulate matter of chemical composition and particle size distribution,etc.,few researchers concerns about the social and economic reasons of air pollution.Therefore,the paper which starting from the human factors studies the influence factors on the driving effects of air pollution in Jiangsu province.This article first made descriptive statistics analysis about the present situation of air pollution in Jiangsu province,the results showed that in Jiangsu province only SO2,NO2 and CO reached national secondary standard,fine particulate PM10,fine particles of PM2.5 and ozone 03 annual average level were still far supranational level2 standard,atmospheric pollution situation is serious;Secondly,based on the per capita emissions of sulfur dioxide and haze pollution indicators,through used the autoregressive distributed lag(ARDL)model to test long-term and short-term dynamic relationship of air pollution in Jiangsu province,science and technology progress and economic development level,urbanization,transportation,industrial;Thirdly,based on the data availability and the importance of carbon dioxide emissions of atmospheric pollution control,this paper used carbon dioxide CO2 as a substitute for air pollution index,through complete decomposition method of"three layers",deeply analysis of driving factors such as atmospheric pollution energy structure of energy intensity,production department,industrial structure,per capita GDP,population,living energy intensity and the average family's annual income,and family number in different periods of the impact of differences in different areas in different cities in Jiangsu province,will be further subdivided to municipal research level,to supplement and improve the conclusion at the provincial level;Finally,the article made a summary on the empirical research results,some suggestions and shortcomings of this article.
